great host. Capi (the co-host) was amazing. My US extension cord was tripping the breaker for some reasons so he help me get a new one. The place was perfect for my needs as remote worker, very quiet and best of all, I would say internet in the apartment was one of the best I have had in Africa. The large dining table made for great workspace. The neighborhood felt very safe. Airbnb really needs to do a better job at showing approximate locations on their map, not blaming the host for this, I have had that issue quite a bit with Airbnb. The cleaning lady was great as well. Unlike most places in Dakar, the host offers a certain amount of Electricity to start and you can top off when you run out, for me, it lasted nearly my entire stay. I didnt use the AC and powered off the water heater between uses. Now to what the host can do to improve the space, there is virtually no closet space in the apartment, nowhere you can hang clothes. The dorm size fridge can't hold much either.

I spent 4 days in Laure Caroline's accommodation and I can say that I was fully satisfied. The apartment is as described: the furniture is new, quality, and everything is very well maintained. The location is ideal, close to everything, and security in the building is ensured 24/7 — it feels like home. This was our first stay in Dakar with my little brother, and the host was very kind. She offered us many activities to do as well as very good restaurant recommendations. I sincerely thank her for hosting us and for being available. Another very appreciable point: the apartment is cleaned every two days, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay without worrying about cleaning.

Diaraf was a perfect host. He advised us and was available when we needed him. Small touches on arrival, very friendly (juice and breakfast) The space was even better in real life than in the photos. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Perfectly located next to the beach and restaurants, everything was within walking distance. We recommend it 100% thank you for this beautiful stay

Wow! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The pictures do not do this space justice! The apartment is clean and spacious. The interior has been carefully curated and we appreciated that as soon as we stepped into the apartment. The host was extremely responsive, going over and beyond to any requests. For my first trip to Dakar, this apartment really set the standard for me. Please do not hesitate to stay here. Thank you❤️

Despite a small hitch on arrival, Ziggy was very responsive and quickly found a solution. Very nice and friendly, Ziggy made himself available throughout my stay. The apartment is as described, in a good location and clean. And the neighbors and the shopkeeper are very nice! I recommend it 100%!

This apartment is a real gem, it is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures👌🏻. This is my 2nd stay and I will definitely be back! We were charmed by the decor: modern and warm, with thoughtful touches. The space is clean, very spacious and offers everything you need, from the fully equipped kitchen (with coffee!) to bedding guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The location is ideal: close to charming cafes, supermarkets, beaches and sites to visit, which made our stay easy. Mariétou and Babacar are real stars, responsive and went out of their way with recommendations that allowed us to discover hidden treasures of the Almadies. Babacar is always helpful and helped us with taxis. The terrace is my favorite, perfect for a night swim. We'll probably be back. I recommend it 100%!

The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The little touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen really made it feel like a home away from home. I’d give more than five stars if I could. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

Mamie was responsive, kind and respectful. Her place was beautiful and at a desirable location. She was patient when I needed to extend my stay.
