Ken's place took us back in time where we could imagine a fisherman and his family living in this space. The space is small and the decor is intended to match what it might have been like many years ago, but it worked just fine for our family of four. Be aware that the kitchen is a very tight space with a loud refrigerator and that there is only one bathroom with a claw tub/shower. Also, there was no WiFi and the cell service in the area was spotty. The location is beautiful and you can walk straight out on to a local foot path. We did have to contact Ken to get more specific directions on the location of the property so be sure to have this information before arrival. Would be very hard to find in the dark. Consider using Google Street View. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to the area.

Had the best weekend getaway with my girlfriends! 🥳 The hosts were amazing—super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was exactly as described, which was such a relief. We did have a tiny hiccup with a leaky toilet, but no biggie. We got to meet Skipper, who came over right away to fix it. Seriously, he's got the best “poppy” vibes and was so friendly. This spot was perfect for us gals who just wanted to kick back, relax, and indulge in some serious snacks. 🍕🍷 The swim spa across the way was a fun add-on! We didn’t check it out until the second night, and we regret not going sooner. It’s such a cool addition with a little changing room and a bathroom for convenience. Thoughtful touches like that made it even better. Highly recommend this place for a laid-back, fun escape! ✨

Glorious house with the view you’re looking for. Charming little and friendly village. Couldn’t get enough of the ocean view. Loved watching the dolphins! Very quiet. I highly recommend it! Thank you Ann.

Absolutely beautiful property. Easy to access and a great view. Hot tub could use some minor upgrades (the cover has to be manually lifted off as there is no bar for the cover to rest on), otherwise we had no issues! Fantastic place for a getaway.

Beautiful, roomy, well equipped, comfortable homelike feeling. Extremely quiet peaceful environment. Short walk to harbor and fishing fleet. Amy was very accommodating. Restaurants and stores a short 10 minute drive. A very picturesque area! We are planning to return!

We stayed in the Gannet and it was great. the location was private and east to get to. The hosts are very responsive and the place was exceptionally clean. I'd highly recommend the Mugford.
