Ideally situated in the historic center of Montpellier completely pedestrian, 5mn walk from the station, 3mn from the place de la Comédie and 1 mn from the tramway, rounded by bars, restaurants and shops. You could enjoy the little charming streets with their shops. 3 mn from Halles Castellane, a cover market opened all the day where you could fine fresh products of the region, a typical french atmosphere. The tramway to go to the beach is at 150 meters. If you are courageous you could rent a bike and go to the beach along the Lez and go through the ponds and admire the pink flamingo.

The tren station is 10 mins walk but you can take the tram to the nearest station about 2 mins walk. The beach is accessible with the tram and other buses.
