Cecilia's place was just as described. We were only in town for 1 night, but it suited our needs and was significantly more affordable than most of the hotels in the area. Her instructions were easy and clear. The room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was a little small, but very clean. There were a lot of thoughtful extras, such as a coffee maker, water bottles and an LED make up mirror. The location felt like a nice, safe area.

My dog Sheena and I had a wonderful time again staying at the Tiny House that was so thoughtfully created! It was very comfortable, peaceful and very clean, and had the amenities listed. David was a responsive host and a pleasure to speak with. It's our favorite place to stay when in North Carolina!! Thank you again David for such a wonderful experience!! See you in a few months.

The place was in great condition and is very well located. You can walk to a bunch of restaurants in just a few minutes. Beth and Stanton are super responsive if you need any assistance or have questions. I'd highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again in the future.

We had a brief stay at Taylor's place while we were in town for an event at ECU. It was super cute and cozy. We loved the fireplace! The bedrooms were comfy, and it was quiet, which I wasn't sure about being in a multi-unit development. Easy drive to campus and anything else you might need makes it a great choice for a visit to ECU.

I had an amazing two-week stay at this apartment. It was incredibly homey and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the linens and towels were great quality. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was more than enough laundry and dish detergent for my stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. I will absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

I was a little nervous because this would be my first time staying at an apartment/condo style Airbnb and didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Mark and Paul provided clear and detailed instructions, making everything so easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area.

My family and I had to drive to NC from NJ for a family member's funeral. During sad times, you want to be comfortable. Michael's home is EVERYTHING!!! It's on a golf course, pretty views and the home is comfortable. Clean linens, TV's in each room, spacious, kitchen with all the necessary appliances needed. I can't thank him enough for sharing his space.
