Charming 1-bedroom apartment, quiet in a cul-de-sac in the center of Piton St Leu. A 10-minute drive from the beaches of Étang Salé and St. Leu and a 3-minute walk from small shops (bakery, etc.). Ideally located in the west, 5 minutes from the 4-lane highway, you can easily travel all over the island. The entrance to the accommodation is via a private terrace. We share the pool and the ocean-view deck year-round, except from June 22, 2026 to July 29, 2026. Please note: no smoking in the house; cigarettes in the alleyway.

Dry toilet and outdoor shower under the giant papyrus. You can prepare your meals and eat in the kitchen in the middle of the vegetation, on the terrace overlooking the sea... or elsewhere in the garden. Very quiet neighborhood. We rent our electric bikes. Loan of 2 pairs of fins-mask-snorkel and various board games.

Le piton St Leu is located in the heights of St Leu, 6 km from the lagoon. Ideal for sightseeing. Piton is a 15 mm walk from our home, where you'll find Creole cuisine, takeaway food, supermarkets, etc. The house is made of wood, well insulated, airy, quiet, situated on a country road, surrounded by birds of the field, coconut trees and houses. The view of the sea and the sunset are breathtaking from the terrace as you sip a local p "ti rhum. What a delight!
