everything was great, starting with easy going friendly conversations and ending with great apartment with arrangement close to the centre of a city (description pretty much captures the real story). it was a pleasure to stay at this place

Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay! The host is super communicative, proactive and kind. The place is surrounded by nature, has a beautiful natural balcony view, close to the beach and a big shopping mall. Everything walking distance :)

Just WOW!!! Nice place to be there with family, friend and relatives. Huge space, nice swimming pool and walking to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definitely, I will reserve the same Villa in the near future. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I highly recommend Svetlana's place. The two-bedroom house is in a small private complex with a very nice swimming pool. It's super quiet (in April) and it immediately feels like home. There were a few local cars, only one rental car. It is very close to the sea (beaches, restaurants and a nice promenade - at one end there's a nice little church, at the other end the castle of Paphos). It is also very conveniently situated when coming from the airport or, like was our case, picking up relatives from the airport. There's a bus stop on the main road. The house has two small outdoor sitting areas - the back yard is fenced (great if you come with a dog) and the front veranda feels private thanks to green plants and a wooden trellis panel. That area is fenced as well, but a dog could easily jump over. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious. The bedrooms share a balcony. My only disappointment was the double bed which could be more comfortable.

Cozy apartment in great location. Sofronis is standing out as a thoughtful and generous host. The place is well-equipped with all what is needed for a foreign in Cyprus, including electric adapter and cables for charging the phone. With a fringe benefit, next building there is a great local, non-touristic, Grill restaurant. We would love to return and stay longer while touring Paphos.

It’s a beautiful apartment with the best facilities. The pool, the gym and everything around it was perfect. You can have a very nice breakfast for 12 years per person. Kids are free. It’s close to restaurants and bars.

This place was incredibly easy to find, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that truly values nature and animals. The area is safe, clean, and filled with kind, well-educated Russian Cypriots, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself is cozy and instantly puts you in relax mode. From the balcony, the trees gently block out city lights, letting us enjoy the moon and stars all night long :) especially magical in April. Our dog was right there with us, feeling just as happy and at home. Such a pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended :)

Great stay at Villa Kara. The Villa is spacious inside and out, and very clean and well equipped. Location is great, easy walk into the village or to the beach and if you have a car its a great base for days out. The pool is really lovely, but not heated, so if you are early in the season before the sun has heated it up you'll need to be brave! Very relaxing, we would definitely stay again.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Great location! Peaceful neighborhood with one of the best beaches in Cyprus within a pleasant 5 minute walk. The villa has everything you need for an amazing relaxing vacation; very nice and big private backyard with a pool and a great chill area, fully equipped kitchen, a fire pit and bbq area, and 3 spacious and air conditioned bedrooms. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with all of our inquiries and requests! We had an amazing family vacation and would definitely come back!

Highly recommended!! This place was amazing. Perfect location, very clean, stylish touches, amazing sea view, and big deck. We loved how walkable the location was. Close to many good restaurants. We rented bicycles and spent a few days riding around using the bike paths in the city. I can’t say enough positive things about this place.

We liked the place in the middle of Limassol. There is enough space to park two cars, you’re at the beach in a few minutes. You can reach everything by car within 10 minutes, but you can also walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We were the only ones using the pool.

Great location, opposite the beach and minutes away from cafes and restaurants. A lovely communal garden. Had everything we needed to make us feel at home.

The appartment is located almost directly on the beach and you can hear the sound of the waves which was increadible. Its bright and has every thing you need. We would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for quick access to the beach for a quiet morning swim or Paddleboad. It was also walkable to eat out every night. George and his son Julian were the perfect hosts, checking in occasionally, we felt like we made friends for the future.

The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. There are several terraces, so according to the sun we could choose where to sit. There was everything we needed, and something extra, jacuzzi on the terrace. I recommend this magical place to everyone. Near the beach, super beach bar, very good restaurant, bus connection to the center a few meters from the accommodation. The big advantage is the close connection to the airport. Amazing location steps from the sea walk, easy to main roads for driving, or bus to walk. nice big kitchen, and 4 bathrooms. perfect for our family. Coffee and restaurants very close. owners very responsive.

We had a very lovely stay! First of all, Polis is such a beautiful and peaceful seaside town, the perfect spot to relax. George and Marianna’s place is in an excellent location, right on the sea, and you can simply walk out to the beach. There’s plenty of outdoor space, which was great for the kids, and the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

We highly recommend this apartment. We spent a week there with two kids. We were very comfortable and the wonderful terrace overlooking the sea was the most wonderful in the world. BBQ and fire pit <3. The owner prepared beach toys, board games, and stuffed animals for the kids, which was a lovely gesture. The location is perfect on the promenade that you can walk to the surrounding towns. During our stay, the nights were quite cool, but the apartment has air conditioning that can be heated, as well as an electric heater. In addition, the beds had super warm comforters (I was afraid there could only be thin sheets and blankets) it was great. We highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again.
