Recreational cottage at the top of the bay on the Orlická dam near the village of Nevězice. Ideal place for fishing, hiking, mushroom picking and relaxation in the quiet nature. There is a fireplace, grill, garden furniture and canoe with paddles on the property. On the lower floor of the cottage there is a toilet, bathroom, dining room with living room and fireplace with access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the dam. In the attic there is a room and a bedroom with a balcony. In the immediate vicinity there is Orlík Castle, Zvíkov Castle and Žďákovský Bridge.

On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.
