The stay in the farm was delicious! Chácara very spacious, quiet, very good pool, great for resting and bringing children. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the house having 4 en-suites, with a lot of space (both bedroom and bathrooms are huge). Alessandra also always responds very quickly and is very helpful. I have nothing to complain about!

Located in Águas de São Pedro, you will have at your disposal the water park that is a few kilometers away, the dozens of waterfalls and nature reserves, the charms of a small village of São Pedro and is also close to Piracicaba for shopping. The trip takes about 2 hours for those who come from São Paulo. The place has everything you need for rest and leisure. The swimming pool is excellent for fun with an excellent area, it also has a volleyball net for the family biribol, it is close to the barbecue and the lawn, which greatly facilitates the integration between all guests, not to mention the palms that give the touch of luxury in the space. The lawn of the entire land is an invitation to play and play sports for children and adults. My daughters camped on the lawn while we dine beneath the starry sky, if you have a light stall. It also has an impeccable tennis court and sauna. As the house is at the top of the hill, the view is impressive and the sunset is a must. I've been to many places and I can say that this was the most beautiful view and sunset I've ever found. The area of the house is also very spacious with many rooms and all rooms with suites, which gives greater privacy to families. Luis is a perfect host, and the caretakers are kind enough to support any need. Edna even made cake for us. Perfect Family Holiday!

We were in the Aline space, which together with his mother Luciane, always attentive with our stay, available and accessible, was that we were looking for, a quiet, quiet place where Pet accepts, because we went to Christmas and wanted our dogs to enjoy as much as we did, my husband who loves to fish, was very happy with the tank, we took advantage of all the space, rooms with air, fans, finally we loved our stay. We love the place and we'll be back for sure.

I rented Luiz's space to celebrate my birthday. The structure is impeccable, clean and extremely beautiful for those who like nature. All the guests were very comfortable. Luciana, the homemade that takes care of everything, is a kindness alone. We had a problem in the tub that was promptly resolved by the host. More than recommended, the only problem is that it doesn't make you want to leave.

The place is wonderful, amazing view, the pool was in too good temperature. 5 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms, we managed to accommodate 20 people peacefully. Polyana took all the doubts out of me and was very helpful. The house has plenty of mattresses and pillows. We really want to come back!!

The property is even more beautiful in person. Very well equipped and modern. The condominium she is in is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and relaxing. The space is 100% pet friendly and this is great for those who have pets. Mine loved the house and did not want to return lrs. And the fact of providing bath towels, swimming pool and bed linens adds a lot, mainly because everything was clean and smelling. Cássia and Caio were extremely helpful and helped us in everything we need. We love and want to return.

The place is exactly like in the pictures, a lot of nature, a beautiful landscape, a wonderful sunset. The township is perfect for disconnecting from the city rush and resting. Bárbara was very efficient with the information, tips of the city and Mr Elsio welcomed us very well. I recommend it too.

We were in 3 families with small children and the space served us very satisfactorily. The space is large and very quiet. It is very close to Aguas de Sao Pedro. There are two separate houses with good bedrooms and bathrooms, although not all rooms are suites and one of the houses (with 3 bedrooms) has no air conditioning. The area of convenience (barbecue and wood-fired oven) is very pleasant. Practically we didn't stay inside the house because we did everything in this outdoor area of convenience. The home town Vania was excellent. The host Nivaldo tb very attentive. The house is old and needs some basic repairs for use, but nothing to hinder the stay. The sand court has wooden edges that can hurt you during the practice of vollei or beach tenis - ideally the space be demarcated with ribbons and not wood, but we can use it without major problems. We are generally quite satisfied and is definitely a good option for the future.

My stay was wonderful, the view from this house is to lose your breath, it does not make you want to leave. Paulo responds quickly and was flexible about schedules, he also showed us tours around the city. We hope to return soon.

We had a very nice weekend at the property, which is quite comfortable and well equipped for an extended period. The host was very attentive and helpful, always available to help with whatever was needed. However, because it is a property within a condominium, some facilities described in the listing could not be used, such as the fishing lake, which is not available to guests. We also had a setback with a neighbor from the farm next door, who was bothered by the ambient sound around 6 p.m., even at a moderate volume and within the permitted time. This led us to perceive a certain resistance from the condominium regarding rentals through Airbnb, which can impact the experience of those seeking leisure and tranquility. Still, we really enjoyed the stay!
