Perfect location for walking downtown and exploring the surrounding areas. The home is inviting, and the couch and beds are very comfortable. Instructions are clear and easy, and Sue has a notebook full of wonderful local recommendations. Our family of four felt very much at home and would definitely return.

This place was cozy! I loved the rainfall showerhead so much that I now want one. My favorite part was the informational binder supplied, as this was my very first time in the area. My daughter is attending Smith in the fall, and we came to check out the area. I did love the porch as well. Perfect view when it was raining and snowing.

I had a lovely stay at Wendy’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Wendy was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in and communication super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future!

Susan was so kind and let us in early when the rain really was coming down! My kids really appreciated the kids books! kitchen was well stocked but we barely touched it! all was very easy!

House was in a great location for our families needs. Hosts were very helpful and addressed any needs and concerns we had almost immediately. Even with our rambunctious children and parking issues (not on hosts end) the hosts were polite throughout the stay.

My stay was AMAZING! You can really see and feel how the host took time to make the home cozy and beautifully detailed. It was mind blowing to see how every part of the home was utilized without feeling cramped or cluttered. Definitely a great place for friends to come together. I was shocked to see how well the entire home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host provided superb comfort and convenience. Pictures do no justice for this zen home, you have to experience it in person. If you’re looking for a tranquil and beautiful place to visit; LOOK NO FURTHER!

This is our third time staying in one of Sue's Northampton properties (a different place each time) and, as always, the apartment was great. It's spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The location is wonderful, with easy walking to everything, and Sue is an excellent host. Highly recommended!

Servio was a great host. The property was gorgeous and felt like a steal for what I paid. Check in and check out was very easy. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the front lock at first but once I found it there was no issue. The room was spacious and cozy. Bed is a definitely bit firm so if that's not what you prefer just know that ahead of time. The only issue I had was that when I entered the room the first time I didn't realize the TV was unplugged so I stood there for about three minutes wondering why it wouldn't turn on and then I fixed it. Bathroom was always stocked and there was plenty of parking so nothing to worry about there. Overall great experience and I would stay with Servio again.

The accommodations were everything we wanted and more. We needed just one bed, for just one night at Sarah's accommodations, for a family gathering down the road. The place is like stepping back in time, and that's a good thing. There was the modern, a TV with Netflix and WiFi meets the charm of a 100+ year old home, with what appeared to be original floorboards, an original narrow staircase, and other details. With any old home, you might get a cold bite of the winter air outside, so Sarah provides her guest with plenty of spare blankets, and a oil filled space heater in each room. Sarah provided a well written local guide, and signs on the walls to help you find what you need. She has a great sense of style. There are curiosities everywhere. I would highly recommend her place if you need to be in the area for a day or a week. You'll love it!

Cathryn and Michael are the best. Cathryn was very understanding about my late arrival after the check-in time. Cathryn was up and welcomed me upon my late arrival. Cathryn and Michael are very welcoming and make you feel like their home is your home. I greatly admire how they are living sustainably and are local hero farmers. I will definitely stay with them again. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed our visit and the house was welcoming, charming, very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and flexible about our late arrival time. There was also delicious coffee for us in the morning!

We came as a group of friends with a baby to stay at Blake and Tracy's house, and we had a great stay. They were very communicative and accommodated all our requests to ensure our stay was excellent. They asked in advance if it would be okay for their child to stay in his room inside the house, and we agreed. We didn’t see him at all during our stay, and it didn’t disturb us in the slightest. The fact that Blake and Tracy live right next door was convenient, as they were readily available for anything we needed, but we never felt their presence. We will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. The kids loved the games and toys, and the fireplace made for a great place to relax after skiing. The location, just 15 minutes from Berkshire East, was ideal. That said, winter travelers should be prepared for challenging road conditions. It snowed heavily during our stay, and while private plowing services arrived, it was usually around 11 a.m. If it snows overnight, expect to shovel the large driveway to get the cars out early in the morning. The roads are steep and not always well-plowed, so a four-wheel-drive vehicle, winter tires, or chains are highly recommended. On our last morning, a tree fell out front, blocking the road and knocking out power. These things happen, and it wasn’t the host’s fault, but the remote location means services may be limited. Despite that, we had a wonderful time!
