In a cove on the Pinette River. Comfy for 5 , 1 bed is smaller. Great place to relax , enjoy the view , have a fire in the evening. Bring your kayaks for a short wade into the tidal water to the ocean Only 30 minutes to Charlottetown. Great place for a home base to enjoy all the island offers.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
