Vacation rentals in Pineto

Bruno’s place was very comfortable and clean, it’s also in a great location! Just a heads up for any fellow Americans that are used to A/C at the slightest sign of heat, the A/C is not available until May. But that being said just opening the windows and letting the place cool down naturally worked wonderfully as the ocean breeze drops the temperature quickly after sundown.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

Wir waren Mitte April für 4 Nächte Gast bei Daniela (2 Personen). Gestartet mit einer umwerfend herzlichen Begrüssung beim check-in zog sich ihr Service durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Nachfragen ob alles ok ist und Kümmern bei Anliegen. Charmante und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft - nicht zu viel 'Schnick-Schnack' und nicht so steril-modern, einfach genau unser Geschmack. Sehr sauber. Super zentral gelegen und doch etwas abseits der "Hauptmeile". Die Stadt/Promenade lässt sich gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder mit Bus erkunden. Alles in allem: einladend und lebensfroh -> perfekt, um (vom Alltag) abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Federica was a great and supportive host that was always available for any questions. We enjoyed a great stay at the lovely apartment that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and we all felt right at home. Thank you!

Wir genossen die Unterkunft mit den 2 Wohnungen sehr. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und meldeten sich sofort bei Fragen. Wir schätzten zudem ihre Diskretion und fühlten uns immer frei. Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, tolle Aussicht und schöner Garten zum Spielen unserer Kids 4&6 Jahre. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank für alles😀

Appartamento a due passi dalla spiaggia e con accesso immediato a ristoranti, bar e supermercati, posizione ottima! Posto auto interno gratuito. Appartamento pulito, ordinato ed essenziale.. tutto ciò che serve per passare qualche giorno di relax. Cristiano e Ervis super disponibili e presenti per ogni necessità! Abbiamo chiesto un seggiolone e un lettino da campeggio per nostro figlio e ci è stato dato senza spese aggiunte! La signora delle pulizie molto cordiale e disponibile! Grazie! A presto!

Tutto come nelle fotografie, casa pulitissima... luminosa... molto vicino alla spiaggia. ideale per chi viaggia con un cane. raccomandatissima.
