Great stay! Very clean,comfortable,cozy and the AC came in clutch at the right times! In walking distance to beach, breakfast,lunch, and dinner! We had the best time and highly recommend! We hope to visit IRB again! ❤️

Jaclyn was so helpful and flexible with check in and check out. The hosts thought of everything for a good beach day so it was helpful to have what you needed. The rooms were great and the location was perfect! We really appreciated the whole stay.

The house is very clean and has everything we need. We have stayed in Kate's house two times already. I am sure we will come back again.

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here! The view, location, and amount of space is fantastic for our family of 6. Also appreciate the fast responses to any questions. As a bonus, the Candy Kitchen across the street was a favorite visit spot for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

We were chased out a day early because of hurricane Helene. The property manager had sent us updated and was concerned about our safety and ability to get to a safer area. Of the seven days at the condo everything was fantastic. The weather was great for five days. We plan on returning soon.

We were there to meet/visit with family that own in Redington so this place was everything that we needed for our stay. The environment was very neighborly. close walk to ocean access and lots of amenities/restaurants etc. also the price is very reasonable for the location in my opinion. We have no complaints.

What a beautiful place to stay. We walked to the beach and restaurants daily. The pool was warm and relaxing. The views from the balconies and the rooftop were absolutely stunning. We loved looking at the bay every morning while having our coffee. The bedrooms and the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and had everything you needed. Even box fans for the bedrooms. We are fan people and need them to sleep! It was great! The game room and the bedroom on the first floor were absolutely a lifesaver for my daughter and son in law with their infant. It gave them a quiet place away from the other family memebers. She didnt have to worry about baby crying waking up anyone else in the house or vise versa. Us waking baby. They had their own family space. They also had a highchair and pack and play! Awesome! The elevator helped tremendously for me with a bad back, and moving luggage to rooms. If you're traveling as a family ir group, this is the spot to choose!! Thanks for a great stay!

Andrea’s place was great. Tons of amenities at the house and great A/C to keep us cool amidst the Tampa heat. The house was clean and centrally located for our trip. Andrea was available and solid with her communication.

This was such a great stay! It’s around a 7 minute walk to the beach. We found a great cut through to the beach, between buildings (before the Surf Style), that made it a really short and easy walk. We had a 1 year old with us and loved that the home already had baby gates installed on all levels. Everything was clean, updated, and decorated nicely. We would love to stay here again!

Last minute memorial day plans. Area of the house was budget friendly for last minute booking. Had it not been for decimated area due to hurricane this was the perfect last minute getaway. The only thing i would have had differently would be more of a younger crowd friendly area. Great space, great communication, would book again for price!

Our family had a great experience staying here! The pool was fantastic and the fishing pier was really cool—we saw manatees, stingrays, and several fish swimming and jumping right off the dock. The condo was spacious for my husband, our two kids, and in-laws. Very clean, comfortable, and well kept! We loved how close of a walk it was to the beach and how laid back the beach area was. It was also a quick drive up to Clearwater Beach and down to St. Pete! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience Jennifer!

First time using Airbnb, after hours of searching, glad I chose this place. Great location walkable to fairly private beaches, but also close enough to the more lively ones if that’s what you prefer. The house is wonderful with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Pack your clothes and enjoy a great place.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and felt very welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the best things was how close to the beach it was—just a short walk and you’re there! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to cook comfortably, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly friendly and offered a quick response to any questions I had, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Tyann’s place was the best! My family is ready to move in! The beach decor was the cutest and felt so inviting! Everything was super clean and Tyann thought of literally everything one could need to make the vacation so convenient from extra phone chargers in all of the rooms to the awesome beach supplies! The beach was an easy walk across the street and the pool was great too. My daughter and I loved all of the morning coffee walk options! The place was easy to find and in a great location. Tyann was so great about making sure we had all of the details we needed and was very responsive. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us! Hope to be back again!!

We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Lisa’s Dunedin Foundry! It is absolutely beautiful!! 🤩 We loved the open concept, floor to ceiling windows throughout and access to 2 balconies for the views and the fabulous sunsets. Lisa thought of everything to make this truly a 5 star experience! A well- equipped kitchen, coffee/wine bar, professional design, very comfortable furniture, an amazing soaking tub, luxury bedding and towels, even a sound machine. I’ve never slept so well after our days out exploring the area. Located on the Pinellas Trail and only 2 short blocks to Main Street with many shops, restaurants/bars , entertainment, a local grocery store and even a Saturday Farmer’s Market! Fun activities on the water available at the Marina, Honeymoon Island State Park and Clearwater Beach. There was so much to do we can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Lisa’s place. She was an amazing hostess!!

Amazing location! Walkable to shops and restaurants. Beach is only steps away. The a/c was not working when we arrived but Ricardo had it fixed within hours of our check in. We would stay again for a weekend away.

Our group of nine was very comfortable in Gerise’s place! Everything we needed in the kitchen. Tons of beach supplies, which was AWESOME! Beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. It is near the trolley stops, which we utilized a lot. We would definitely rent again if we’re able to come back to the area!

Location was perfect. We took the local bus to downtown St Pete for the Grand Prix. Beach was a few blocks away. King bed was comfy. Private ensuite bathroom. There is a lock on the bedroom door to secure belongings. View from back was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again if in the area. Kitchen was supplied with dishes, pans, utinsels for cooking.

Rosaily was an amazing host I couldn't have asked for anything more. Such a sweet and kind family I will definitely be staying here again.

Spacious and clean! The home is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street up against the canal. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The bedrooms are clean and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was appreciated. They had a pack and play which was definitely needed for our little toddler. Steve was very communicative and helpful. The home was also stocked with all the beach things you need. Close to awesome restaurants and walkable to the beach. We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend in IRB!

My second booking @ Angelique’s place was over a year after the first, only because it wasn’t available for my other work trip dates. She’s invested in improvements and her place was already one of my favorites. Love the location for morning/evening walks and how close it is to downtown Safety Harbor/Main Street - lots of great restaurants and fun shops. She’s a very responsive and caring host. I’ll be checking availability of her property for future business trips! Thank you
