Our location is fantastic! From here, walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, everything! We have ample parking, too. We ask guests to keep in mind that this is an older home, last remodeled in 1969! Please consider this when booking, while staying, & when reviewing. While the location can't be beat, expect to be staying in an older home if you choose our place. Due to COVID-19, please bring your own towels, sheets & pillows. We provide bedspreads. ALLERGIES: A dog & cat lived here recently.

Comfortable Cottage style home with 3 bedrooms, private baths. Many amenities. I can't say enough great things about my stay. very spacious and accommodating. It felt like my home away from home. I will definitely be staying here for any future visit. It's far enough off the beaten path to be peaceful and serene yet close enough to the city that you won't have to travel too far. The host made me feel very welcome in her home, and was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Lovely Beach home! The place was not only comfortable, but also beautiful appointed, making our stay really enjoyable! Clean, lots of amenities, hosts easy to communicate and available! Lots of things to do around and beach is less than 5 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend your charming home! I hope to come back soon!

We loved staying at Scott’s place as it was walkable to so many great spots Portland has to offer. The neighborhood was beautiful with a lot of people out walking their dogs and enjoying the fall weather. We felt very at home and the space was perfect for the 4 of us and our two Frenchies. The beds and bedding were very comfy and the lighten had everything we needed! The only things that we think others would want you to know is the entry is on the side of the house, not the front. The listing mentioned flags neat entry but there were no flags which made it a little confusing. Also, the bathroom door doesn’t latch all the way so there is a bit of space where you can see in. We used a the toilet paper holder to keep the door fully closed while in use. A simple door stop to use from the inside would be a simple fix. Again, we loved the space and would recommend to anyone wanting the perfect stay in Portland.

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

Perfect getaway spot! The house is a great mix of cozy reading areas with marsh views and updated kitchen/bathroom/living areas. Quick & easy walk to the beach, which was beautiful, and a huge bonus to have both the house and beach be so dog friendly. Kate gave very detailed & easy instructions. Will certainly come back again next time we travel to the area.
