Villa vacation rentals in Pinar del Rio

I cannot overstate how sweet and helpful our hosts were — and very patient with our iffy Spanish. They had a whole list of available excursions for reasonable prices that they arranged for us to beautiful caves and beaches. The home cooked meals were massive and SO good — I will miss the farm fresh fruit. They also gave us a tour of the farm where her son showed us how he grows and cultivates tobacco, sugar cane, etc and gave us a cigar made from their tobacco to try. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Viñales is a lovely town as well with restaurants, bars, and a little block party on Saturdays. The only thing I regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Yeni is a superb hostess. Always available at home, he invited us to sit in his garden and arranged an excursion for us when we went to ask him for advice. I was attentive to our questions at all times and her uncles prepared a delicious breakfast for us. I would definitely stay at her house again if I have the opportunity to return to Viñales. Thank you very much for everything!!!

Danay is a great host, welcoming. The rooms are very clean, new soap, comfortable bedding, very practical mini fridge. Breakfast is generous, we enjoyed ourselves. Be careful though, the listing mentions "entire accommodation" but you only have the 3 bedrooms each with independent entrance and bathroom with the same access to the pool and hammock as the host who lives in the house. Viñales is experiencing major power outages but the host has solar panels so fridge, fan, 110V sockets, and lights work. She plugged in the generator on the first night when it was very hot to have air conditioning. You have to ask him for access to the Wi-Fi which works with the solar panels as well. Danay also organized the excursion for us and found a taxi to Cayo Jutias. The casa is well located because it's close to the main avenue, restaurants, shops, craft market. No parking but easy parking.

I've been traveling a lot with airbnb and this casa is the best i ever been. Since our arrival we felt like home. Didier Anara and Margarita welcomed us like family. They spoiled us during the all trip, gave us good advices about what to do in the area. Special mention to Margarita for her kidness and her cooking skills ( by the way if you have sun cream that you can bring for her if you read this message as is very difficult to get in cuba it will be very helpfull for her). Last but not least if you need a good placr to stay in vinales this is the casa that you should take. Mención especial a Margarita por su infantilidad y sus habilidades culinarias (por cierto, si tienes crema solar que puedes traerle si lees este mensaje, ya que es muy difícil entrar en Cuba, será muy útil para ella). Brand new house very comfortable beds, friendly host. Do keep in mind it has only fridge, not kitchen and it’s a 20 min walk to the center

The house is very nice, incredible visits, very quiet area and super close to the center of wineries that can be perfectly walked. The family is wonderful, they take you as one more, they help you in everything you need. There are many excursions to be able to do. Breakfast and dinner prepared it for us there and it's worth a lot of how rich everything is... thank you very much for everything, I hope to see you soon family!!!

We had 2 nights in Vinales Ana Luisa was helpful in sorting out our activities She is very welcoming , kind & helpful Drinks & breakfast & water was extra but all was well priced She organised a guide to take us through the National Park - extremely knowledgeable & good company - the tour was outstanding We then did a tour in the afternoon of the caves - again rapidly organised by Ana Luisa - was well worth the trip Vinales was beautiful- especially after the hustle and bustle of Havana So clean Excellent restaurants Very safe The surrounding beauty of Vinales is a must to see Overall one of the best experiences- which was such a shock as the guide books don’t do it justice at all Well worth a visit & stay - would highly recommend
