The house was perfect for my family

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house was quiet and comfortable. The heated pool was enjoyed by all, we played basketball in the pool slot. when we were inside the family played billiards often the younger kids really liked the speedball. The home was located near great shopping and restaurants. if you are in the area I highly recommend this location.

We had some difficulty with codes and entry in the beginning but after no issues!This was an absolutely beautiful home! Well loved and cared for! Having the heated pool option was amazing and gave my family time in the colder season to play in the pool and lounge in the hot tub. The lake and views that surrounded this serene neighborhood were spectacular. We loved every moment of our stay!

Mirlene was an amazing host, always answering my texts no matter how dumb, gave suggestions on where to go. She even checked in with me to ask how my trip and concerts went. I would definitely rent from her again.

This place was very nice, clean, and big. Enjoyed the amenities like the pool and hot tub and also the very nice kitchen very motivating to cook lol.

The house was the perfect size for my large family. The location is great if you want a peaceful environment that is close to a lot of golf courses. I enjoyed the fact that I could go golfing only 15 minutes away at Grass Clippings or Longbow and easily come home and spend time in the pool/jacuzzi. The host is very responsive and friendly. There was a draining issue with the basement tub and as soon as I messaged the host, they immediately got someone to come to the house and fix it. To also make me comfortable with the person coming to the house to fix the tub, the host called me and made sure to let me know when they would be there and that they would knock on the door instead of just walking right in.

We stayed at Splash House for my best friend’s bachelorette and it was the perfect home for our group! The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and felt very safe. Across the road is an awesome thrift store and they have great coffee at Bikini Beans. The house was clean, and looked exactly like the photos. Gus was a very welcoming host and it made our first visit to Scottsdale seamless. Thanks again for an amazing weekend!

What can I say about this place. The pictures don't even do it justice and I am surprised to say that. My son stayed here for his wedding nearby and the accommodations were by far the best we have ever experienced at an AIRBNB. They literally have thought of everything! Maxwell was the best and most gracious host as well and made sure we had everything for our trip including the pool heated on our arrival. Thank you so much! Don't hesitate to stay here and create memories. You won't regret it.

We traveled to AZ for a youth football tournament. The size of the place and price was perfect for our stay in AZ.

Our family had a great time here - we enjoyed the large pool and the hot tub! The house had all the amenities we needed and was located in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Chandler for the NFL Draft was absolutely perfect, thanks to this amazing home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and amazing views the house had. It had everything we needed — comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for our group, and great spaces to relax both inside and outside. The backyard was a highlight — perfect for swimming, hanging out, and catching up after each day of the draft. The location was ideal too — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy freeway access to get wherever we needed to go. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt right at home. This house made our trip even more memorable, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in Chandler!

Great place! Pool and outdoor space is fantastic. There is a shed full of fun toys and games for the kids to play with. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. House has everything you need! Tatiana and Steve were great communicators, always quick to answer our questions.

Nicolas was a charming and very professional host. Was very accommodating and gracious. His dog Suzy was wonderful to have for me as a single traveller! She was very welcoming after day 1 and made my stay extra special. Only met his daughter briefly but she was charming and mature and also very helpful! Would definitely return!

Benedikt was very responsive and accurate in the listing of his wonderful place. The location was absolutely stunning. The welcoming amenities were great after traveling to AZ. Greatly appreciated it. It was nice to have the place so well stocked for our group; towels, wash clothes, beds, pillows, tvs, outside seating and the pool was great, kitchen was well outfitted also. I don’t normally write reviews, but I could not pass up the opportunity to rave about our stay. We were traveling with my elderly grandmother. We got in early, and tried to take it slow but she got very tired. I messaged the host and she responded within minutes to accommodate for my grandmother. When we arrived the house was beautiful, free of clutter, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very easy to use. Multiple seating areas in the back yard was nice for visiting with our family in the evenings. Kitchen, couches were comfortable. Pool was a very nice addition coming from a cooler climate we weren’t used to the heat. So that was lovely. I would definitely stay here again and again. You will not regret this decision.

Very comfortable and enjoyable! The backyard was awesome. Loved the lemon trees, landscape and view of the mountains. Would definitely stay in this beautiful house again!
