I can definitely see why people have booked this place 10x+! First the directions, instruction and recommendations could not be more clear and helpful, time was taken to get every detail. The property is in a gated community and parking was easy even with our Tundra. The property itself is absolutely beautiful! Heated pool, hot tub, beautiful, secluded outdoor entertainment area and seating. Even with the pool area being communal, it was quiet and easy going. The little house we had was perfectly private, bed was comfortable, place was clean and super cute! The tortoises are awesome! Thank you Diana for sharing your space and having anything and everything you may need. We came to deal with family loss only, but we would absolutely like to return to vacation!

Susie is a fabulous hostess - always responsive, with great local restaurant recommendations, and their B&B is close to our home for our overseas guests. The accommodations are lovely, and they are in a quiet, pastoral setting, with all interior amenities available! The ease of entry after-hours is great! The use of Airbnb makes communication quick and easy. These Chandler hosts are gracious and helpful, and we will continue to recommend them and use them! Thank you, Susie!

Very reasonable stay. We enjoyed our visit and will be back to stay here again. Only two downsides: it was quite difficult to figure out how to get into the gate/house when it was dark during our arrival. This was due to our own fault. Secondly, there are a lot of homeless people wandering around right through the gate of the house. They never messed with us and I reckon this is just part of being in Phoenix.

A great private studio with a separate gated entrance and patio. Perfect for a couple of nights. Will book again if available on upcoming trips.

This was our first Airbnb experience and to say that Debra sets a high bar is an understatement. She makes you feel comfortable, at home and well cared for. She took my senior mother under her arm (literally) and treated us all as family. The view from the front porch is spectacular. The entire property is a walkable, visual treat. Fresh eggs from Debra's chickens, lemons and oranges picked straight from her trees made breakfast off the chart! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!!

I appreciate functional, comfortable spaces with great design and simple attention to details for a guests ease. This place is a gem! And so is Lisa. I needed to modify our stay twice, and Lisa accommodated us quickly. The Casita offered everything we wanted - comfortable bed and linens, great shower, big towels, good lighting, plenty of outlets, plenty of storage to "move in", a washer/dryer, a tiny kitchen which had EVERYTHING we needed, a small outside seating area, an off street parking place. If it's available, this will be my first choice for future trips to the area.

What a gem of a space! Beautiful, peaceful and had everything I needed. Very gracious and helpful hosts and the artwork in the unit was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Our second visit to Pats place. The setting is truly wonderful. On the edge of the wilderness. You can walk directly from the house. Yet close to all the usual amenities as well. Very comfortable inside and lovely sitting outside looking at the mountains and watching the numerous birds.

This is my second time staying in this wonderful Aitbnb. It is in a perfect beautiful location for me. zzIt is home to me. I hope to spend other visits here.

Kim’s Casita is so perfect for a quick or extended stay for two! The back porch was our favorite part, providing a great view of the city and the beautiful mountains. We’ll definitely stay in the future if in Phoenix!

I cannot say enough good things about this stay! Jill & Carl are wonderful they were so helpful and attentive. The place is perfect in a cute neighborhood, safe and relaxing! The place is amazing we cooked most meals there and utilized the bbq too. The roof top patio is such a nice touch too with beautiful views. Jill even went as far as making sure we had tea and coffee which was great! The only down side was it is bright in the room early but we travel with eye masks so this wasn’t a problem! Both their pool and the neighborhood pool were amazing!

Greg was a great host. He communicated very quickly throughout the whole stay. He even offered us late check due to a redeye flight and changed the gate codes to accomodate at the last minute. Very cute place that was exactly as described. Within 2 blocks are restaurants, bars, coffee shops and much more.

This is our second stay here and was just as great as the first time. I love this little Casita! Shauna is so thoughtful and a great host!

I almost want to keep this gem hidden but sharing is caring. This home is everything you need to feel comfortable in downtown Phoenix. The community here was wonderful. Location is perfect. The space felt so secure and tucked away. I will look to stay here whenever I return to Phoenix.

Loved this space, exactly as pictured and we felt right at home. Check in was super easy and everything was well labeled within the Casita. 10/10 recommend~

We enjoyed our stay here at this location. Nice neighborhood, very clean, excellent feedback when we had a question/concern! We would come back again!

Nice place and easy to check in. Only thing is that is marked to fit 3-4 people, which includes a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Sofa bed is not great, which is to be expected but just something to keep in mind.

My stay at the guesthouse was lovely. Everything is as pictured. It was nice and quaint and clean. The hosts were communicative and really nice and sweet. The location was central to everything. It took me no longer than 15 minutes to get everywhere I needed to go. Overall, it was a really great stay. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Go ahead and book.

Went to Arizona for an event so only stayed 1 night, but this place will definitely be my regular place to stay when I come back to Arizona ! Really clean and at home feeling, really quiet and perfect place right outside of the city area but not too far where you’d have to commute. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay around the area.

We enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable for two people. Gives a campy vibe. Extremely clean it smelt good our whole stay. I would say it is a hour from the airport and super out the way. It’s far from the city and is surrounded by desert. The host is extremely accommodating and lovely.

Stayed here 3 nights with my teenage daughter and husband while visiting family. This home was so nice to come back to at the end of a long day with family. It was peaceful and I loved watching the chickens out the back door. There were wonderful snacks, drinks, and a dozen eggs for us in the fridge. Ginger was very easy to communicate with. Next time we go down to visit family, I will definitely check to see if this property is available for our dates as it felt like home.
