The apartment is quietly located within easy reach of public transportation, shopping malls and Borsky Park, which is perfect for walks or picnics. It has a private outdoor parking space.

The flat has been finished in Spt 2019 and it's situated 400m from main square. Around 60m from the flat you can find a beautiful park with gastronomical paradise. It's a perfect place for your holiday or business trip. For bigger groups there is a possibility to use another two apartments at the same floor. Enjoy Pilsen from our luxurious apartment Petakovka. Petakovka is located 8 mins walk from the main square, 3 mins from lively Americka street. The apartment was newly built on the top of the older building so it is new and it was never used before. Petakovka accommodates up to six adults, so it is excellent option for groups of friends or bigger families. But if it is only two or three of you, you can easily stay just downstairs in the master bedroom and not use two bedrooms upstairs.

If you want to get away from noise of traffic and tourists - this flat is quiet and in a local neighborhood. Jakub was immediately responsive and as a foreigner he explained things that I had never seen before. I hope to return again.

Great location close to downtown, close to shops and restaurants, but also a quiet walk around the river. Spacious apartment. Great value for money. The bed in the bedroom is smaller, but the mattress is comfortable. There is a busy road around the house, with the windows closed nothing could be heard, but it could be a problem in the summer, the apartment was warmer in the spring. But there's a fan. Parking in the garage was great.

We thank Peter especially for his very friendly and kind approach. After returning the keys, he had no problem coming (he didn't miss), finding our fallen glasses behind the nightstand and handing them over to us at the market where we sold ceramics. They refused to pay at least the travel expenses. We thank them and recommend them.

Bohan was very helpful and provided anything I needed. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Beroun bus/train station so Prague, Plzen etc are easily accessible. Good value for money, I would be happy to stay again.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious, clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Household appliances are in working condition, dishes are enough. The location of the apartment is very good, to the bus stop on foot 5 minutes, to the shopping center 4 minutes, to the main square 5 minutes. Ryadishko grocery store. The owner of the apartment is hospitable, answered all questions on time, suggested what and where he is) We really liked it, I hope we will return here again!)
