Útulný byteček, voňavé ložní povlečení i ručníky.Čistá,voňavá koupelna i záchod. Kuchyně také. Velmi příjemní majitelé.Skvělá domluva.

Krásné, klidné a tiché ubytování. Nic nám nechybělo. Určitě ještě v budoucnu rádi využijeme 👍

Během příjezdu se vyskytly malé problémy s klíčema, naštěstí byla paní Dagmar komunikativní a všechno se mnou během 20 minut vyřešila. Byt byl krásně uklizený a vyvoněný. Skvělá je lokalita blízko FN Lochotín (doporučuju všem státnicujícím medikům). Děkuji moc za vše:)

We had a great stay! The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and kind—she even allowed us to check in early in the morning, which made our arrival so much easier. Highly recommended!

Dana y su esposo fueron muy agradables. la zona es hermosa. hay un bar delante del alojamiento, tienen cerveza deliciosa. lugar perfecto para conversar con los vecinos que contentos llegan a la cervecita. totalmente recomendado, volvería con mucho gusto.

Náš tydenní pobyt byl opravdu skvely! Martiny byt je krásne zarízen, vse co potrebujete tam naleznete. A hlavne bylo vse ciste a utulne. Zastavka na tramvaj je hned za rohem a i pesky je to velmi blizko do stredu mesta. 100% doporuceni!!! Moc dekujeme a radi se nekdy v budoucnu opet ubytujeme.

If you want to get away from noise of traffic and tourists - this flat is quiet and in a local neighborhood. Jakub was immediately responsive and as a foreigner he explained things that I had never seen before. I hope to return again.

Ubytování je velmi komfortní, přesně odpovídá popisu, sauna je luxusním bonusem celého zážitku. Kateřina je velmi vstřícná a přátelská, vždy rychle reagovala na dotazy a přání. Mohu vřele doporučit!

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, il s'agissait d'une halte avant de partir à Prague. Logement très propre, joli balcon, calme. La place de parking est appréciable. Bref, je recommande et je reviendrai si l'occasion se présente.

Ubytovanie bolo čisté, pekné a so všetkým, čo človek potrebuje. Komunikácia bola rýchla a jasná. V budúcnosti sa rád vrátim.

Super místo kousek od centra, v blízkosti obchody a restaurace, ale i klidná procházka kolem řeky. Prostorný byt. Poměr cena a kvalita super. Postel v ložnici je menší, ale matrace pohodlné. Kolem domu je rušná silnice, při zavřených oknech nebylo nic slyšet, ale v létě by to mohl být problém, už na jaře byl byt teplejší. K dispozici je ale větrák. Skvělé bylo parkování v garáži.

Ubytování u Jany rozhodně doporučuji všemi deseti. Je to na skvělém místě, v soukromí a moc pěkné a čisté. Jsme s dětmi zvyklí spát spolu v jedné posteli, a u Jany jsme se krásně vyspali všichni pospolu. Moc děkujeme! 🌹

Die Wohnung von Helena ist sehr zentral in Marienbad gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz, so dass wir auch unsere Fahrräder an einem sicheren Ort wussten. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zwei gute tschechische Restaurants wo wir gut und zu annehmbaren Preisen gegessen haben. Die Kommunikation mit Helena war gut und Helena zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einen guten Kurzurlaub mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern. Auch wenn einige kleinere Sachen noch ausbaufähig sind muss man sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar ist. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, einiges an Verbrauchsmaterial war auch vorhanden, sodass man nichts zusätzlich kaufen musste (Geschirrspültabs, Spülmittel, etc.). Das ist nicht selbstverständlich für Ferienwohnungen. Wünschenswert wären Vorhänge im Bad gewesen. Es liegt zwar kein direktes Fenster gegenüber aber man fühlt sich trotzdem etwas unwohl. Die Parkplatzsituation fanden wir herausfordernd. Die wenigen Parkplätze in der Straße waren entweder belegt oder für Hotels reserviert. Wir hatten dann oberhalb der Unterkunft Glück (über eine versteckte Treppe relativ schnell erreichbar). Da die Parkplatzsituation aber einfach durch das Konzept von Karlsbad bedingt ist möchte ich keinen Stern dafür abziehen.

The apartment exceeded much of my expectations, was very well decorated. The view over look the garden was very peaceful and beautiful. It had everything needed. Groceries, supermarket and restaurants were very close to walk to. Petr and his family were very friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would love to return one day!

Sagen dass wir zufrieden waren, heißt nichts zu sagen. Es war mehr als zufriedenstellend! Lage - super! Parking - Klasse! Wohnung- mehr als man benötigt! Kundenservice-10 Sterne!

Nice and clean apartment, friendly host, pets are allowed which is not as common in the area - was a big plus for us.

Die Wohnung war super sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. In der Küche war alles da um jeden Abend in Ruhe zu kochen. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und super Preisleistubgsverhältnis.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein super extra und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr bereichert. Wie waren zu viert und hatten dafür genug Geschirr und Stühle. Bei mehr als 6 Personen wäre es sehr eng am Tisch. Das Wasser in der Wohnung ist wohl trinkbar. Da wir aber den Geschmack nicht mochten, haben wir es nur für Tee und zum kochen verwendet und zum trinken einfach Flaschen gekauft. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: Skodaland mit Disc-Golf, Mini-Golf, etc. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sehr ruhig, See in fußweite, aber auch in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto in dir Innenstadt. Also das beste aus beiden Welten :). Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder :).

Very nice and comfortable apartment, located near the station (perfect for travellers by train!), but even though it is close to station, the surroundings are nice and we didn't hear any noise from trains. The flat is very clean and Lada is a nice host, 100% recommended!
