It's an ideal house for family gatherings, catching up with friends, use as a base to discover the area around (trekking, cycling, horse riding...) or just escape the city and relax close to nature. Situated in the centre of the quaint village of Chevrieres next to the impressive old Catholic Church, this off-street location provides an ideal base for exploring the surrounding towns of Chantilly, Senlis and Compiègne. A local grocery store and award-winning bakery are less than 50 metres from the house (+ pharmacy + bank)

The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel. Treat yourself to a relaxing moment and nature! This 40 m² accommodation is an annex to the owner's house but it is independent and offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. It includes a large main room (kitchen – dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, induction cooktop, coffee maker, etc. – TV, sofa bed, fireplace, etc.), a shower room with toilet as well as a terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture.

It is composed of a living room including a sitting area with fireplace, fitted kitchen dishwasher, oven... bathroom and toilet . Separate floor into two large bedrooms each with a double bed 160 and a single bed, a landing bedroom with a single bed. A family pool to share with the owners is 28°... heated from September 20 until mid-May, the sauna and hot tub will be there for relaxation of the body and mind.

Passionate about motorcycles and cars, we are close to the Folembray, Amigny-Rouy and Landricourt circuits. You have a garage to secure your vehicle.
