Cozy&comfy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath located in the heart of Tupper Lake. The perfect place to connect with nature, unwind, and spend time with family. Comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with tons of natural light, and dining area make up this home. Just a three minute walk from the Town of Tupper Lake soft boat launch located on Lake Simond Road. Launch canoes, kayaks, jet skis or a small fishing boat. Another home is also located on the property with 2 friendly dogs as well as a chicken coop.

Located in downtown Tupper Lake. This spacious home was the town rectory built in 1910. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Whiteface mountain is a 45 minute drive, while Titus mountain (more kid friendly) is a little over an hour away. Snow mobile trails just outside the house. Adirondack Rail Trail is a 5 minute walk. Raquette River Brewery, P2s Irish pub, and Main Street Diner are all within short walking distance.
