Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

This gorgeous apartment is located in the middle of the city, so it's easy to walk, cycle (electric bike for rent) or drive to work, to get around, to various events or even to dance at Kari Tapio's Paalupaikka at Veturitori! Local transport stop is about 100m away and the railway station is about 400m away! Within walking distance you will also find; e.g. the market square, the cultural center Poleeni, the swimming pool, shops and markets. Pieksäjärvi's magnificent beach promenade is also nearby!

Here you can also enjoy beach life at the city's beach and swimming in Lake Saimaa (800 m from the apartment). You can heat the sauna, bathe and grill on your own sheltered terrace. Welcome to stay in our quiet and cozy newly renovated apartment, which is in the center of Pieksämäki, just 650 meters from the market. Next to the beach and the cultural center Poleeni. A carefully cleaned and equipped apartment and beds made for you invite you to relax. There are beds for four, in two different rooms, three beds and a sofa bed. We have been hosting on Airbnb for several years now.
