The apartment is excellent!! Very good inner space, the decor is perfect, amenities and very useful appliances. I felt at home the days I stayed there. Daniel was very solicitous, helped me with local tips, always responding quickly. The location is great, local commerce is close by. I definitely recommend this place!!

Cozy, organized apto… do you know the simple one that conquers the person? This was the apartment. And the location is accessible to everything . I say mine was perfect . Of course, I will always be back.

Everything was excellent, Paulo is a good person and very friendly, although we did not understand each other much due to the language difference, we managed to communicate! I would go back to the place!! Besides, the apartment is inside a shopping mall, you get off the elevator and you have literally everything!

Very good accommodation, even more beautiful in real life, the view is magnificent and there is everything you need for a great stay. The hosts are always available and responsive which is very much appreciated. In addition, the security is impeccable and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet with the lagoon nearby and a beautiful promenade. Easily accessible on foot or by Uber/motorcycle taxi, only 10 minutes from Ipanema beach or Copacabana beach. I will be happy to return to this property.

Charming apartment for 4 in Ipanema (with parking)

Marcia's home in Ipanema was a lovely staying during my first time in Rio for Carnaval. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 5-10 minute walk, I could easily find açai shops, restaurants, and several groceries. I also felt extremely safe in Ipanema, especially considering all the dangers I had heard about Rio prior to traveling there. The home itself was exactly as described, with exception to the elevator which was out of service for the entirety of my stay (which Marcia did warn me and my party about). The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was a bit exhausting with no elevator, but overall, I'd stay here again even without an elevator. The water was warm and plentiful when showering, and the water pressure was decent. The AC worked perfectly, and I was able to do laundry during my weeklong stay. Marcia was an excellent host and communicated well. We even were able to do an early check-in because of availability. 10/10 would recommend.

The apartment is very new and complete, with all kitchen, bathroom and linen items. The hostess Ana was very helpful the whole time and gave us great tips. All the concierge staff were extremely friendly, always helping us with the location. The stay far exceeded our expectations and we will certainly return in the future :)

From the first contact, they have always been attentive and agile in the answers! When we arrived the apartment was extremely clean and smelling! There was all the toilet, personal hygiene and kitchen utensils for use and in perfect condition! Air conditioner and very good fans! Bed linens and towels all cleaned and plenty of leftover! Safe location and condominium! Good garage vacancies! Thank you very much for hosting, caring and all your attention! We'll be back for sure!!

I stayed at Sacha's Airbnb with a friend for nearly two weeks, and we were both very satisfied with our stay. Sacha is an excellent host – communication was great, he was flexible, and he always ensured that we had everything we needed. The apartment is exactly as described, clean, spacious, and provides ample room for a longer stay. It is very close to the beach, and all essential stores (supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants) are just a short walk away. This marks my third visit to Julienne's space and there are many reasons for that: a quiet, safe neighborhood that is not touristy but has a local feel. GREAT views. Flexible check in, responsive and pro-active. The space has all the needed amenities. Joao and Julienne helped me to locate tickets for the Flamengo game. I cannot recommend any of their properties enough for the solo traveler or couples looking to see more than just Copa and Ipanema. Santa Teresa is a lively neighborhood on the weekends and the even livelier Lapa is just a 10 minute ride away. The neighborhood has a trolley system being updated to make it even easier to enjoy the community. Book it!

It looks like we went to a resort! Since the first contact with Viviane was excellent, all the doubts were solved quickly, the apartment is amazing, the kitchen is totally complete, bathrooms clean with smelling towels, clean and very comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning cooling a lot in the bedrooms, the balcony is sensational, everything impeccable! The condominium is great, quiet and calm, our puppy loved too, has a market, safe area for hiking, has several sports courts, we don't leave for almost anything, ifood and any delivery arrives fast, nearby markets, we keep our car in the visitor's garage that is closed and safe! It was the best experience we had with Airbnb!

Our stay was excellent! We were in 2 couples and each stayed in a room. The description corresponds faithfully to the site, and the location is exactly as in the pictures. Ivana maintained fast and objective communication before the stay and on the day of our checkin, she kindly allowed us to enter before the time, since we arrived early in Rio de Janeiro. What made our time more fruitful and allowed us to enjoy our tour more. I will definitely be staying again at a next opportunity!

I stayed for a full month and loved it—I wanted to stay even longer! The house is exactly as described. Pros: Great neighborhood, easy access to the beach, and very dog-friendly. Sonia is wonderful. Cons: The street noise is constant and quite loud. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!
