Home and amenities as described. Excellent cleanliness and attention to every detail, nothing is missing in the house! Quiet place and very close to the course and the port. Terrace is a real plus to enjoy pleasantly. Marco is a great proactive host, discreet, attentive to everything, very nice and confidential. Our stay at Casa Scirocco Glicine contributed to a magical week. The house is in a lovely location, the interiors are well cared for and comfortable, the outdoor patio is very enjoyable even out of season (we were there in April). The garden looks like a botanical garden, beautiful to be able to walk in the middle of plants in harmony with each other. The best part of the house was probably being able to enjoy breakfast as soon as you wake up with a view of the sea from above, Volcano in the background and cedar trees, mandarins and cactus in the foreground, listening to many different species of birds that greeted the day! We were checked in by Heloisa who was very nice and approachable even in the following days. We were also lucky enough to meet Alice and William who were two wonderful and friendly people, available to respond to every request and with whom it was also very pleasant to chat while drinking a beer.

Meeting Toto and his wife Patrizia was an unexpected highlight to our trip! In the week we were there, they happen to be staying in their house nearby and responded within minutes whenever we needed anything and we were able to spend some quality (completely voluntary:) time with them. Prior to and during our stay, they were true “Super Hosts” from the start — always communicated promptly and clearly, answering any questions we had. Truly special and lovely people. They are just great. This was our first time in Salina and we felt so lucky to have found this property— Malfa was by far our favorite spot on the island and this apartment was perfectly situated & conveniently located: within walking distance to a great grocery store and restaurants yet tucked away from busy roads. The complex sits at the base of a beautiful hill and high enough to afford a gorgeous view. The apartment was clean and modern and fit our family of four perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again.

The place is beautifully situated on the hillside overlooking Lipari, Vulcano and even Etna with a clear view. It is super quiet and you have everything you need. A small supermarket and the bus stop close by. Graziano is a great host, always available and super helpful, no matter what. We felt really super comfortable. If you want to explore the island, you should rent a car. I can absolutely recommend the place!

Daniela's house has a magnificent view, it's a perfect place for a timeless break. We were 3 families with teenagers , the layout of the rooms allows everyone to have their independence. The house is very secluded and access not simple ( very small road at the end) but we were notified. Possibility to rent a small car on arrival at the port so as not to depend on taxis. Thank you Daniela!

This was easily the best airbnb we’ve stayed at anywhere. It really felt like a home. It was so clean and so comfortable. The view is breathtaking and it’s such an easy walk into the piazza and greater town. Beatrice was such an amazing host. We had issues with our boat being canceled out of Palermo and she helped us get to another city to catch the boat, find long term parking and met us at the dock on arrival. She checked in to make sure everything was to our liking and just to make sure we were okay. Cannot recommend more.

After giving us very specific directions on how to get to the place, Edoardo and Paola waited for us and introduced us to the room. Immediately very kind and very available for any need, we had a really good time. Environment in impeccable condition, clean and equipped with everything you need and more. A bottle of prosecco and drinks in the fridge that gave us relief during the hot August along with the air conditioning, plus a pack of pasta and what you needed to season it. A place that I highly recommend for those who want to feel at home even on vacation.

This place was truly magical. Such beautiful vistas of Lipari, volcano island and the sea. Gorgeous sunrises every morning and sunsets only a walk or scoot away at the observatory. Ample space outside on the deck made indoor outdoor living seamless. We found ourselves saying this is perfect over and over.

Donatellas place was lovely and big with stunning views out to the port and ocean from the multiple terraces. It was truly amazing. My mother in law (who was travelling with us) was born in nearby Valchiesa and we were back to visit relations. We visited the house where she was born and lots of relations who fed us very well. Some of us hiked to the top of nearby Monte del Fossa Felci which is the higher of the two volcanic peaks on Salina. An elevation of 960 metres above sea level from where the views were gobsmacking. The house was great and well featured and fitted the 6 of us very nicely. Unfortunately we had to leave two days early due to a storm and bad weather coming in which meant that the ferries to and from the islands would not be running for about 5 days. We would love to return again in summertime. We would highly recommend this property and hosts. :-) Chris, Karen and family

To say it in advance: it was wonderful! The apartment is not only exactly as described, but when you are inside or on the large terrace you have a wonderful feeling of lots of space and light! The proximity to everything that is important and to the pedestrian area is another point in favor. For me, the proximity to the port was just as pleasant and fun to watch the daily hustle and bustle. And I would like to emphasize in particular the cordiality and kindness of the hosts: Martine and Gaetano. I can highly recommend both them and their apartment!
