Paula and Marcello are lovely hosts. They welcomed us with a beautiful breakfast after long travels. If you ask for recommendations they reply very quickly with a lot of lovely tips. Their dog Momo visited us everyday and made us smile. Thanks a lot for that lovely stay, the barn is a beautiful peaceful place to recharge. We would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Both the hostess Maria Pia and her daughter were very kind and helpful. We were met at the street door and showed and explained details of the apartment. The apartment was was luminous, beautifully furnished and decorated, we had even fresh flowers. The apartment was spacious, perfectly situated and the view to the piazza was most wonderful with people sitting in cafes and children playing. The piazza itself is one of the most beautiful in Italy. Maria Pia was very friendly and hospitable and indeed had prepared for us everything we needed for a sweet breakfast.

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.

It was a real pleasure of staying at this wonderful and authentic place! The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home, and the Italian coziness of the space, created by Aldo and his wife, added a special charm that made the stay even more memorable. The accommodation itself was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. Fantastic location in the last village before you really go into the mountains! And yet, the inhabited world and the supermarket are less than 10 minutes away by car. The house was spacious enough for the two of us, quirky and comfortable. Michele is a great host who is nearby in a pleasant way and communicates quietly. We got fresh eggs and fish stew from him and he gave us some good tips about the area. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but we did use the yoga studio. The villagers - and there aren't many - were also very friendly.

The vacation home is an absolute feel-good place – furnished with so much attention to detail and a very special style. You can immediately tell: an interior designer was at work here, who designed with heart and taste. Irene is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always there if you had a question or needed something. She makes you feel well taken care of. Breakfast was a little highlight every morning: lovingly arranged, really delicious and the perfect start to a beautiful holiday day.

I was in this wonderful oasis and this wonderful stilt house, a daydream. I come from a chaotic city like Rome, and coming here and hearing only the rustle of the trees and the chirping of the birds is unparalleled. The very kind hosts invited us to dinner at their place and treated us as if we were family. I give 5 stars because I can't do more, but everything is perfect. Thank you, really!
