The strategic position of the houses allows you to easily reach both the coast, therefore the long fishing beaches 20 minutes by car, and the highest mountains of the Apennines at about 40 minutes always by car, both locations less than an hour away from the residence.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
