My family (there are 5 of 5 were guests of Iolanda for 3 days. The apartment is beautiful, with new furnishings, complete with everything, both wardrobes and services, dishes, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and everything you need in everyday life: bed linen and room, detergents, sponges, clothes pegs, napkins, tablecloths, coffee machine with pods and a welcome for breakfast: croissants, rusks, jams, plum cake and even milk and orange juice. You'll find salt, oil and sugar. Iolanda was helpful and welcoming. The street is noisy and the fixtures are a little dated and not very soundproof, but it was not a problem for us. We really enjoyed it here! Thank you!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Fossacesia Marina near the beach, consider Casa Serena. Serena is a fabulous host, attentive to small details that make your stay comfortable, always responsive to messages. Her place is spotless and comfortable, well equipped with linens and kitchen supplies. There large front terrace has a table and chairs, and there's a glimpse of the sea. Serena provides bikes for your use, which are stored on the back terrace. The beach and the Via Verde bike/pedestrian trail are just a short walk away, as is a bar for quick breakfasts or snacks. Serena makes you feel like a welcome friend.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Feeling at home and beyond. Casa di Mumi is not only welcoming, you can immediately breathe a familiar and relaxing air. The hosts are super friendly, sweet, and thoughtful. The house is very clean, equipped with every comfort (parking included), the location is optimal to rest by choosing between beaches and free beaches or exploring the wonderful surroundings between Costa dei Trabocchi with its cycle-pedestrian green street (below the house) and the neighboring pearls. There are great places to eat nearby... or buy delicacies to taste on the lovely balcony, to enjoy its wonderful view. We recommend at least one day to set the alarm to see the sunrise, a guaranteed show. We had a really good time and the regret when we left was too much! It's hard not to get attached... we can't wait to come back. Thank you Paola

The house seems to have been recently renovated: you enter the kitchen directly: the kitchen is new and is also complete with a dishwasher, there is a small half bathroom near the living room that leads to the sleeping area: Two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. I really liked its location in the middle of the countryside. It's a 10-minute drive to the sea or the village. It was a great experience

i am very satisfied. The vacation went great Lucrezia is very helpful. The location is extremely convenient, very close to the bike path and the beach. Five minutes by bike and you can frequent other beautiful beaches. Right there are the famous overflows, one of which is immediately visible from the house

We, four girls, recently stayed at the property for a week. This is a bit away from the shot (20 minutes walk from the city/village) but for us it was totally fine. We needed some peace and quiet. The check-in was totally uncomplicated. Fabrizio was already waiting for us and the key exchange was smooth. Free parking was available nearby. The apartment has an excellent location, right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the terrace every morning. In addition, there is the private beach. Bicycles were available. GREAT!!!! The premises are somewhat limited for four adults. We didn't always have good weather, so you couldn't spread out well. In addition, the apartment is in need of renovation. The garden is also beautiful but too much clutter, which is here and there. Still, it was a good stay. Thank you Fabrizio!

We were looking for a house overlooking the sea and... we found it with a GREAT view. The apartment was clean and tidy. We loved the terrace for lunches and dinners with sea views. Very appreciated, given our chaotic period, the private parking. To reach the beach, very close, just cross the street. A special thank you to Urbano for anticipating the check-in time. Thank you!
