Villas in Phuket

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

Top verblijf gehad in de villa ! Zeer mooie rustige locatie met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Goeie communicatie, zeer flexibel al met al zeker een aanrader voor koppels, familie en vrienden. Veilige omgeving met beveiliging en nachtbewakers.

Le séjour c est bien passé bonne communication et logement fidèle aux photos

La maison est très bien équipée et est très bien située au milieu de l’île, surtout si vous cherchez la proximité des écoles internationales. La maison est globalement très propre même si quelques rénovations sont encore nécessaires. La cuisine est correcte mais mériterait également quelques petits travaux pour être parfaite. L’hôte est tres réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.

Michael’s Villa is an ideal place for any family or group of friends visiting Phuket. Ideal location, walkable distance from Kata beach and market. Very clean and spacious villa with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sitting area. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. Michael is very cooperative as well as proactive with local recommendations and arranged all transportation for us which was a very big help. All in All, it was our one of the best Airbnb experience. Would recommend Michael’s place to everyone visiting Phuket.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à la hauteur de nos espérances, dans cette villa ! Tout était parfait, de notre arrivée à notre départ. La villa était impeccable à notre arrivée, très bien équipée et conforme aux photographies. L’endroit est calme, paisible mais reste très bien situé. La rue principale avec les commerces et restaurants se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds, ce qui rend l’emplacement idéal. La piscine est grande et très bien exposée. Elle est nettoyée deux fois par semaine, ce qui est bien suffisant. Benoit est un super hôte ! Il s’est montré disponible, aimable et attentionné tout au long du séjour, ce qui a permis de le rendre encore plus agréable ! Merci encore… Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

Ubicación excelente. Pequeño pero muy cómodo. 2 aires acondicionados muy buenos porque hace mucho calor. Limpio. Todos los electrodomésticos de buena calidad y buena marca. El apartamento está acondicionado con muy buena calidad.

Very happy to stay in this studio flat. Great location, easy to communicate with the host. Would stay here again. Definitely worth considering when looking for a place to stay :)

Beautiful, spacious, very clean room, excellent breakfasts, very good restaurants and bars a five-minute walk away, friendly and helpful staff, access to a nearby beautiful resort - what more can one ask for? Highly recommended.

I had a beautiful stay with Tan’s place, it’s very nice, Tan is very friendly and helpful, we requested a late checkout which was kindly provided beside other things as well was provided within no time, I highly recommended, definitely will come back again.

Bee was easy to work with and communicated well

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

The house is absolutely stunning and the movie room downstairs and the comfy couches and the view was 100/10. It's very set up for nightly visitors so a tiny improvement would be to supply olive oil / salt and pepper and other basics as it made cooking a little inconvenient Would def stay here again!

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

We had an amazing stay at Karon Beach, the villa is ideally located between the resorts of Kata and Karon Beaches so you have the best of both worlds and if you fancy a mad night on Bangla Road in Patong then that’s just a 500 baht tuk tuk ride away. The villa is on a private road and is extremely peaceful, it’s actually part of a complex so you get cleaning service, clean towels and water every day if required. House keeping were brilliant and Peaches messaged us every day of our stay. Ideally located for trips off etc and there are loads of travel agents on the main road to the beach (10 minute walk away), friendly work of advice is whatever they ask for trips haggle, we paid 1100 baht per person for all day excursions to James Bond island which were advertised for 3500 baht per person. If you plan all your trips in advance for your stay and book them together you will get an even better deal.

Was a cute little place to stay, close enough to everything. Got a bike down to the beach only 6 mins away. No noise around. Only thing is could do with a couple of extra towels for the spa.

This was our second stay in the Surin Beach area and we found the Surin Park accommodations to be close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk), near several good restaurants, a 2 minute walk to a scooter rental office (YoBike), and easy access to local shopping market (Tops, sort of like a 7-Eleven). The condo was fine. Everything worked as it should and the cleaning crew did a good job prior to our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find the management company arranged for a mid-week cleaning which was done while we were out making that experience seamless as well. The patio opening to the pool was a very convenient and the washer, located on the ground floor adjacent to the fitness room, worked fine but, to be honest, local laundry services are easy and inexpensive so you might just go there instead. Overall, we're very satisfied with our experience!

We stayed at the 3-bedroom villa that was right on the beach with its own private patio, chairs, and pool. It's difficult to describe how awesome it was watching the sunrise every morning while sipping coffee and contemplating a swim in the bathwater-warm water. The house and beach were both great. The beach is very swimmable. Ramon and his team were very responsive at all times. Would definitely spend another two weeks enjoying the property if the opportunity arises in the future.
