Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Phuket

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

Had a great stay at the villa ! Very nice quiet location with stunning mountain views. Good communication, very flexible all in all definitely recommended for couples, family and friends. Safe environment with security and night guards.

I liked Nym's apartment very much. I felt right at home. It was very nice and quiet there surrounded by several private accommodations. I felt safe there You only got into the grounds of the apartments with a code at the beginning. The location was great. Really only 50 meters from the beach. In two minutes you were on the main street where there was a grocery store, many restaurants, cafes and massage parlors. A perfect place without much hustle and bustle to enjoy and rest. A small suggestion: for the terrace, a comfortable armchair or a lounger would be very nice. Thank you Nym. I can definitely recommend the place

Great place well appointed, any issues were quickly addressed. Host very friendly and helpful. Clean and location was only about 20 min. walk to Kamala Beach.

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Great stay at Max's! Clean accommodation, quiet and very easy to access. Close to lots of activities, beaches, restaurants & bars. I recommend it!

We had a great stay at Steven’s place in Rawai for a weekend. Walking distance to great restaurants and views of the water. Perfect location and great deal on the room. Would recommend for a short or long stay in the area.

This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Place was great! The oboe hard part about this place is the very steep hill but if you just get a taxi it’s pretty easy to get in and out of. Pool was insane and had an amazing view

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful 5 star stay in the Condo on my own. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in with Gibbs was easy. She is lovely! It was great that I could use the Diamond Resort pool. There was a shuttle to Boat Avenue (supermarket and restaurants) and Bang Tao beach. There tuk tuk stand is right outside the resort too. It was easy communicating with Davide and the group. Davide was quick at helping me. I will be back again, I enjoyed my stay there.
