Beach condo vacation rentals in Phuket

The listing matched the description and images. The complex was very nice but also with strict rules (eating & drinking by the pool not allowed). Thank you very much to Miles and maybe we'll see you again.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

This is a wonderful little apartment full of character. Literally a 10 minute walk to the beach, which is phenomenal and on a small street. That doesn’t have traffic which is nice. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay was fantastic. Everything went smoothly from the beginning. The communication was on point, and they replied quickly to our questions. The place was very tidy, and the location was great. We had friends staying in hotels nearby, and they were coming to where we were located to eat. Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

nice friendly host, clean apartment with good ac. Apartment was on top of a hill so a bit of heavy walking but that was no problem

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

If you're dreaming of a reboot, this is the place. As quiet as at grandma's in the village. All the shops are there. Currency exchanges, cafes. The main plus is that I slept very well. I haven't had this in a long time. The apartment has good energy. Recommendations to future customers- Take care of this apartment. It's a new complex. There were even bathrobes. Cozy and comfortable. YouTube was a bonus. Smart TV, 💪💪💪 thanks. Great value. Next year, definitely there.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex & Eric's place! Located in a convenient and great area, just short walk to Karon beach, 7-11 and food places. The host were super responsive and accommodating, highly recommended this place (:

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

The Penthouse condo was exactly as described — beautiful views, large living spaces, big beds, well-stocked kitchen and great outdoor spaces with ample seating. The sunsets from the rooftop deck were outstanding and storm watching from the main floor balcony/lanai were a highlight of our trip. The unit is in a fabulous location, 10-minute walk to Canal Village (small grocery store, beer-wine, a few restaurants) and to many wonderful beach bars (highly recommend Nomad for the food, service and evening fire show). Short drive to many more shops and restaurants along Boat Avenue. Willian was very responsive, accommodating to our travel schedule and eager to ensure we were having a great trip. Would highly recommend staying here! It was perfect for our family of five.

Fantastic location with one of the best views of Sea you will find in the whole of Phuket. The Villa is immaculate and very large. Access is up a steep hill but we got regular taxis via Grab which came right to the door of the Villa. The Luxe Villa team were fantastic, arranging private massages in the Villa and also private excursions for our family of 5 (3 young children).

Excellent views Best to hire a car and they sorted this out for us If you don't like driving they sort taxis and food delivery

Victoria's accommodation is just as amazing as it is in the photos! Very spacious, prime location and plenty to do in and around the area.
