Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Patong! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool. The views were incredible, especially at sunset, and it was the perfect place to relax after exploring the town or spending time at the beach. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a hassle-free stay — great air conditioning, a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi and a kitchen. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, it was the perfect base for my time in Patong. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing spot near the beach.

Ross is a very kind and friendly host, and his place is. fantastic. Spacious and clean, interesting layout, and just a short walk to the beach. Ross greeted me and showed me in, gave helpful recommendations, and shared his insights on the area. Great value and highly recommended. I hope I can make it back some day.

Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

A dream stay from start to finish! Our time in this beautiful villa was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely private pool that we enjoyed every day. As a cherry on top, we even got a motorcycle – ideal for exploring the area! What made this stay really special was the personal attention of our host, Tanya. She was very friendly, clear in her communication and really thought along with us. Because we were traveling with our baby, she had even provided a tub so we could shower him easily – so thoughtful! Thanks to Tanya, we felt immediately at ease and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We'd love to come back here without a doubt. Highly recommended!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

It was an amazing place and the people were so sweet!

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!
