An amazing place to stay in Phuket! Mr. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room is very nice and it is in a great neighborhoods!

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

The overall atmosphere was relaxed, staff friendly and always ready to help, The expectations were met exactly as expected. The location is in a key position, at walking distance from all sorts of amenities, anything you possibly need, restaurants, supermarkets, services, and Nai Harn beach.

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Thank you so much the host for the thoughtful arrangement, informed us about our night flight, and helped us to check out late to 7!We were all pleasantly surprised... with questions and solved for the first time, the invincible sea view on the doorstep is really great!Have to arrange again and look forward to our next encounter

Super nice hosts, easy check in. There are great restaurants nearby and the beach is also within walking distance. Great location also right on the airport.

Only the furniture was not quite upset in high humidity. Reversible in different places repaired and cabinet doors warped. Make free laundry for that. Cleaning up to 1-2 times a week is included, more is possible on request. Contact very friendly and accommodating

Wonderful apartment near the picturesque Nai Harn beach. free transfer to the beach every 30 minutes from 9.00 to 17.30. On the protected area of the condominium there is 2 swimming pool, gym, parking, cafe. Lots of cozy restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: new comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, etc. Alena is a great and hospitable hostess, instantly answered all questions, helped with car rental. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

Super nice apartment! Exactly as shown in the pictures:) Everyone was very friendly! Only the location needs to be considered! So either rent a scooter or be prepared to take a taxi or similar for every route. However, the café is a good and delicious option right outside the door:)

Mary was awesome! It was easy to communicate with her. The apartment was nice too. We really enjoyed the pool and the nearby convenience store. I would highly recommend staying at Mary’s place.

Quiet and peaceful stay, great for beach holidays.

Great place for the price! Walking distance to Bangato gym and Bangtao beach. Check-in and check-out and all communication was very simple and easy, which I highly appreciate. Few minor queries I had were solved within minutes, thanks Johanna! :)

Maria prepared the apartment well, even there is a change of linen, towels, there is everything you need, including for self-cooking. Responding to any questions promptly. The location is quiet, 25 minutes walk to the beach. Price may be a bit overpriced, but in high season it's hard to find a more decent option. The experience is good

I had a fantastic stay here! The flat is super spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax, and the location couldn’t be better—just 100 meters from the market, where I could buy fresh, affordable food every day. The atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful; I didn’t hear a thing from the neighbors, which made it a perfect spot for me because im very sensitive. The view was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so well! The electric bill was also very reasonable, just 700 baht for the week. Another great perk was meeting interesting people from places like New York and France at the pool, which added to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and convenient place to stay!

Clean room and good location would recommend.

Perfect accomodation. Central to patong and easy to taxi to other areas of pukhet, I personally loved the scooter taxis using the Grab app, I travelled ao much of the island using them. The apartment was perfect with daily top up of towels, water etc when I left dirty towels outside the room in the bag. The host Kanda went above and beyond in response to ant messages through air b n b, even in an emergency situation where I lost my keys and my phone was broken. Her friendly staff member who works in the salon below went above and beyond to help me, she was also helpful and kind throughout my stay if needed and was always welcoming on passing the salon. Even lending me her umbrella on a heavy rainy day. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in patong.

Very nice room. Perfect for working and very clean. Great internet. Near the mall and old town.
