Staying at Sayvahnn’s place was probably one of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve had in Thailand so far. You can tell he takes pride in what he offers his guests and goes above and beyond in accommodating and recommendations for the surrounding area, providing many things to do and see in Ayutthaya. Very friendly and welcoming, the house is very nice, easily accommodating us 4. Can’t say enough good things about the experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Ayutthaya. The hosts were communicative and helpful. Our train was delayed getting in and they made sure someone was there to help check us in even though the owners had gone to sleep. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and the owner offered transportation if needed and helped us book a van to Bangkok. The place is basic but met our needs for an overnight stay.

The treehouse is truly amazing! I had the opportunity to enjoy a weekend getaway there, and K'Ga was a fantastic host. She gave us a tour of her property and provided numerous recommendations. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and serene. Additionally, the listing includes air conditioning, which is a great relief during the hot weather in the area. The breakfast served was wonderful and delicious. We will definitely be returning!

The accommodation is very well located. The booklet that offers information is very well done. It's better to arrive during the day to find your way around because the entrance is small and the GPS misled us. However, a phone call and everything was resolved. It gets dark quickly and finding your way around is not easy. To improve the concern of our host who cares about the environment it would be nice to add sorting bins outside the rooms.

We really enjoyed our time in Ayutthaya! Adcharanan gave us helpful tips and organised a boat trip to the temples for us. The location is central and close to the bus station, train and night market. The only issue is that it can be a bit noisy on the street. I can highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you for your hospitality!

Had a wonderful long term stay. Very clean and accessible means. Close to everything you could need. Learned a lot about the Thai culture and really helped me creatively being amongst the ruins. Incredible night market nearby with anything you could desire. Bustling morning market a quick walk away. Got amazing exercise renting a bike. Ask the host anything and they will know the answer and give you details of locations nearby. Take the train the Lop Buri and spend the day. An incredible adventure. Just a wonderful place to lose yourself. I would definitely return in the future. 5 star accommodation.

There are many places to eat near the center of the city. This price and the room service received is very good value for money Clean, and the store also provides bicycles and motorcycles,🏍️ very convenient. A quiet place in the city. I hope to come back next time.

It's 10 mins walk to the historical park and ferry port. On the side of a very busy road, but with ear plugs provided, I slept with no problem. A large and nice patio, where you can meet other people, but also mosquitos. My room has a private bathroom, the bed is comfortable.

Place was amazing. Secure and well presented. Host is wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere private and modern with all the amenities you could need, including essentials that were not listed and a personal washing machine which was not shown in photos, look no further. A little outside the centre but Grab is so cheap and there is plenty of space to park if you have your own vehicle. Highly recommend this place! Would not hesitate to stay again.
