Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Having the whole family together in the one house was great. The house was very comfortable and clean. Close enough to cowes to go to big supermarkets but there is a little market and pub around the corner with everything you need. Back yard was great area for BBQ and relaxing. Our hosts were available via message to help with and questions we had. There is so much to do on Phillip Island. Such a lovely place to spend time.

Our family of mixed ages like the "vibe" of this older house. The layout of rooms worked for us and the front yard was a very pleasant play area for children. We wondered about only one bathroom and one separate toilet but somehow it worked. Mosquitoes can be an issue. The main bedroom was spacious. The key thing was the location across the road from the beach and on a relatively quiet and treed street.

It was the perfect coastal doggy friendly getaway, with everything my dog might need (toys, blankets, towels, poop bags, paw wipes, bowls)🐶 The house itself was so lovely and comfortable for us humans as well, beautiful outdoor area, big kitchen and super cosy lounge tv area. Alicia was so lovely and approachable, coming up to help us with the tv. Thank you so much again Alicia. Will definitely return🐶🥰
