Отличный опыт долгосрочного проживания. Кондо соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Хорошее расположение, рядом 7/11 и supercheap, до пляжа 15 минут, на байках - несколько минут. Отзывчивые хозяева: возникший вопрос с кондиционером решили буквально в этот же день. Если будем в Камале, точно выберем это жилье.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war top – absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist einfach 1A, alles war gut erreichbar und perfekt gelegen. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!

The location of the accommodation was perfect right in the center, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. It was easy to get to the famous spots like Patong Beach, the night markets, and local restaurants. The area was lively yet safe, and everything I needed was just a short walk or quick ride away. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base to enjoy Phuket!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Zoey hat immer schnell geantwortet und auch eine Zimmerreinigung hat wie abgesprochen funktioniert. Die Airbnb ist von der Lage und der Einrichtung sehr gut. Würde auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

One of the best ROI place to live while in Karon. There are good walkable restaurants and 7-11s. The place was squeaky clean. I must appreciate the type of materials used. The tiles on the floor are very pleasant to walk on. The sofa is much better than it looks. The washroom is big and clean. The utensils are well put. Even there’s spices if one wants to use.

Замечательная вилла, жалко что было не долгое проживание. Все очень чисто и современно. Все соответствуют фотографиям. Отличный большой чистый бассейн. Если будет возможность, обязательно остановимся здесь на более продолжительное время.

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

Absolutely beautiful villa. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us. We loved everything about the property. The host and everyone else were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this villa!

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Aufenthalt Mitte März. Flug mit Etihad, da auf dem Rückflug 2 kostenlose Übernachtungen in Abu Dhabi enthalten sind. (zu empfehlen, da Zwischenaufenthalt sehr lange). Tranfers über den Vermieter gebucht (2.800 THB), darin enthalten: Taxi zum Pier, Fähre, Taxi Unterkunft), absolut perfekt organisiert. Anlage besteht aus je 10 Villen in 3 Reihen (A,B,C), wobei die Nr. 1 jeweils in der Nähe des Restaurants bzw. Strand liegen. Villa entsprach der Beschreibung, allerdings sind nur 2 Steckeranschlüsse für 5 Elektrogeräte in der Küche zu wenig. Falls man selber kochen will, ist so ziemlich alles vorhanden. Kleiner Umluftofen zus. vorhanden. Strom 11THB kw/h. (2 Wochen 1500 THB) Tägl. Reinigung 200 THB. Kfz Transport innerhalb der Insel sehr teuer (egal wohin 2.400 THB), Leihwagen (nur auf dem Festland zu mieten) darf man nicht mit der Fähre benutzen. Roller 1.200 THB/Tag. Restaurant ok. Preise ab 300 THB i.O. Fazit: Vermieter für alles ansprechbar, insg. sehr positiv, wenn man relaxen will.

Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

I stayed almost 11 nights at this place and really liked it. It is a bit on a "hill" at the north of patong and therefore quieter than as if you would stay at the center of patong, but you can reach everything well either by walking or with the motorbike (try to get an international driving license before coming to Phuket). The stay was clean and as described, the check-in was easy. I really liked the infinity pool which was often very empty due to the time i stayed (low-season, end of may). The apartment had everything you needed for the house-hold and cooking etc. I had some issues at the beginning with some noise in the bedroom (probably coming from apartments closeby who put some gadgets close to the bedroom) and texted with Georgi (one of the Airbnb Hosts). He answered quickly and wanted to look at it after my stay. He is very good at communicating and very friendly + fast. For the discomfort in the beginning he also gave me a free massage coupon.

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Прекрасная локация . Студия небольшая, но все есть. Кухонка, гладильная доска, утюг, стиральная машина и холодильник с плитой☺️ до пляжа пешком в жару сложновато . На байке 2 минуты . А так -берете зонтик или шляпу -и хорошо. Рядом ресторанная улочка . Туристическое место . Много семей. Жила моя мама. Она всем довольна. Для одного или пары-идеальный вариант. Недалеко продуктовые, там можно и поесть купить , в микроволновке разогреть . Кафе классное рядом.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

היה לנו מושלם! נשארנו לשבוע בדירה ונהנינו מהבריכה של הבניינים, הברים והחדר כושר! היינו חניה מקורה ככה שלא דאגנו משמש או מגשם . היה מענה מאוד מהיר לכל דבר שהיינו צריכים ולא היה לנו חסר דבר! המטבח מאובזר למופת ונהנינו מכל דבר בו, תודה רבה! עוד נחזור!
