Vacation rentals in Pha Tang

Centrally located to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops(which is important to me). The pool is a cool refreshing spot to spend time to get out of the mid day heat. Breakfast is made to order with fresh eggs and baguettes...delicious. our host Ann has been extremely helpful with transportation and recommendations for restaurants. Can be a bit lively at night from nearby bars. Overall a good choice for a basic place to stay.

The bungalows are situated amidst a lot of trees and greenery and there are chickens, ducks, dogs and cats on the property. It feels quite special to stay here - beautiful in an authentic kind of way! Nouth was such a friendly and forthcoming host, she picked us up and brought us back to the train station which is great help considering that the location of the bungalows is a bit out of town. The street really is audible from the inside of the bungalows but with everything else being so nice and a one night stay we didn't mind. (Maybe it helps to book one of the bungalows further from the street?) We also liked that the breakfast was included and could be veganized.

From the moment you step in the boat for the ride to Secret Island you are transported to the most unforgettable experience in Laos. Staying in the treehouse is magical, the bed so very comfortable & the breeze & surrounding gardens so refreshing. Paul is a gracious & entertaining host providing beautiful meals, laughter & local knowledge. So many things to do the walk to Blue Lagoon 4 through villages, swimming in the river, kayaking or simply reading in luxurious bean bags on the verandah of the treehouse with a G & T in hand. Mei was so charming, beautiful & intelligent & we learnt a lot about Laos & its culture from her. Definitely the highlight of our travels & Laos.

Staff are very helpful and the hostel has a great vibe

Nouth é stata una padrona di casa straordinaria! Ci é venuta a prendere direttamente alla stazione dei treni e ci ha riaccompagnato al momento della partenza; si é mostrata sempre disponibile ad aiutarci a prenotare le attività/escursioni e ad affittare il motorino. Nella sua splendida locanda immersa nel verde al di fuori del caos di Vang Vieng si respira aria familiare, oltre che si mangia divinamente. Consiglio a tutti di programmare una sosta da lei se nei paraggi. La nostra migliore sosta in Laos, probabilmente.

Eine große Empfehlung! Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, und Nouth war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und uns beim Mieten eines Rollers unterstützt. Außerdem hatte sie viele tolle Tipps für uns, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Besonders praktisch war das Restaurant direkt neben den Bungalows, in dem wir jederzeit frühstücken sowie zu Mittag und Abend essen konnten – eine super Ergänzung! Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Nouth!
