Two bedrooms (queen+full) and 1.5 baths including jacuzzi tub. We keep a roll-out cot in a closet and a brand new large L shaped couch for possible sleepers. Strong wifi signal/smart tvs throughout with hbo/netflixx logged in. 8th season hosting. Dog friendly (inquire) Also: grill, beach chairs/coolers/towels. Large driveway.

Riverfront cottage 1-mile nature walk to downtown

A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

This newly remodeled townhouse unit offers a living room, dining room and cottage style kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs : a king, queen and twin with a trundle bed. There is a shared deck and large yard. It's very clean and comfortable. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. We have one window air conditioning unit downstairs and one upstairs and window fans. There is one parking spot to the left of the unit and extra parking on the street.
