"The apartment is spacious, excellently furnished, and clean. The location is in the very center, within walking distance of many sights. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, as well as a variety of cafes and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was seamless. I rate it an 11 out of 10!"

Volodymyr’s home is a perfect cosy & speckless neat studio apartment with balcony. New building with brand new apartment pretty close to center. It was comfortable & safe locality which was easy to find. Supermarkets Lidl & Prima are close-by. Volodymyr as a host is promptly responsive & helpful. I highly recommend his apartment, a beautiful ambience as well!

Best location!!! Across a grocery, lots of fun restaurants around. Very walkable everywhere. Very quiet because it’s in a courtyard despite being in the center of everything! Nimrod was so responsive and friendly. Comfortable bed, lots of cabinet space, clean toilet, very spacious with modern and tasteful furnitures. Highly recommend you book this apartment. You won’t be disappointed! Promise.

The view from the house balcony is hands down the best view one could ask for. It's a feast to the eyes and one can fill their heart. Now, about the location, it is easy to get there if you go there with your own vehicle. If going with public transport, better to have the bus schedule beforehand. Also note that it's an uphill road to the house. The house is very well maintained and neatly kept. Szilvia is a very kind host who didn't mind us staying there more than an hour past our check out time due to the weather on that day. We enjoyed our stay there.

This is a great base to discover Budapest, the location was perfect. The apartment itself was ideal and lovely and spacious for us as a couple and would also be great to share with another couple. It had everything you want. We didn’t need to contact Tessa during our stay as everything was so clear but I’m sure she would have been very helpful. I would definitely try to stay here again if I was in Budapest.

What a great stay! The location couldn’t be better , every public transport restaurant cafe just a short walk away. The apartment was sparkling clean, peaceful, and had everything we could possibly need. The bathroom? Spotless. The bathtub? A dream after a long day. And the TV… oh, that fast and fancy TV stole my heart! The hosts were genuinely lovely and made us feel right at home. Definitely a five-star experience – would love to come back!

All was as we expected. Clean, quiet, modern apartments. All needed facilities are present. Soundproofing 6/10. Two minor flaws: - Morning cleaning service shift change woke up us doing very noisy their business in the corridor and neighbouring apartments. Probably, they have no idea that people can be asleep at 8:30; - The pillows were very hard and stiff.

From start to finish everything was great, even our airport transfer was superb and cheaper than other options. Tram, buses and subway just around the corner, loads of small shops nearby. The place was quiet yet in the Heart of the city, modern furnishing, great bathroom, warm rooms. Especially for the price who could ask for more? I will definitely return to this accommodation when I'm in Budapest next time. Thanks for everything 😊

We loved our stay in Györgyi‘s apartment! It was so nice, clean and got everything you would need. Communication and check in worked perfectly fine. Györgyi was a great host! Super nice and helpful. The location was amazingly central, everything‘s nearby. I‘d definitely recommend staying there.

The apartment we stayed in was wonderful, everything as in the pictures. It is in a quiet and nice location, 15 minutes from the city of Budapest. The host is very nice, available, and met us with what we needed. recommended.

This is not a mom and pop place. It is an apartment rental company. The service is good and the rental office is only 10 minutes walk, in case you need something (in my case, an extra blanket). There is a breakfast offered on the first floor for €8, which is not fancy, but convenient.

Thanks again ! We liked our trip. As I mentionned publicly, the property can be improved (especially in the kitchen). Other points in order to improve for others : - a shower mat can be great because the bathroom floor is very slippery - a notice in english on how to use the washing machine is welcome - an other notice on your advice on activities (restaurants, museum …) and how to get there is a big plus ! Thanks for your appartment, bye :)

Really loved our stay in this apartment - it actually looks better than in the pictures. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Lots of space, lots of storage space too, so can easily host 3-4 people. Really modern design, but especially loved the bathrooms. This is a great place if you need a long-term stay too. It was our first time in Budapest, so central location really helped to get around. Everything was within 5-10 min walkable distance (shops, restaurants, sights). Really nice view onto the park and a lovely balcony. Communication with the hosts was fantastic - really quick responses, clear instructions, easy to check-in and check-out, went extra mile to help us out. Overall 10/10, would recommend and would love to come back and stay here again.
