You can reach many towns and villages like "Castel del Monte" , "Campo Imperatore" , "San Valentino" known for the gooness of the homemade ice cream, "Sant'Eufemia a Majella" known for the quality of the milk products and so much other.

The entire property, that sits on 6 hectares of land, is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor space comes complete with a wood burning hot tub. This is also completely private. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

You can also reach the sandy beach of Pescara in 30 minutes, where you will find excellent fish restaurants.

La Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the town of Fontecchio (AQ) just a 5-minute walk from the town's main square. Fontecchio is a small medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet Aterno river valley.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
