This place was beautiful and a great mountain getaway! I would definitely recommend the place and the host especially! :) I have to commend Roberto especially for his grace and help in working through some mess caused by the puppies. We were able to resolve everything amicably and reasonably. This is the sign of a wonderful air bnb host! He gave great directions, checked on us, and was a professional in handling everything. The place was wonderful and I hope to be back again! Thank you so very much!!

Very comfortable apartment, sheltered and quiet area, the car has to be parked in the central square, but you can stop briefly to get your luggage down even outside the house, Alban was an exceptional person, who treated us as if we were in a hotel and knows the area very well so that we can recommend places and experiences nearby. Highly recommended.

Booking the house made for a weekend in the mountains with friends, it has a strategic location to get to the slopes. Very comfortable, new and cozy house. Very well heated environment and the house is very well equipped. It really has everything. Dimitri and his wife are two wonderful people, the house reflects their hospitality and kindness. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished as shown in the photos, in addition in the bathroom there is also the possibility of depositing, washing or drying the mountain equipment. If you plan to spend a few days in the mountains, this is the place to stay.

Comfortable and comfortable apartment! Great location with parking in front of the entrance...ideal for us with two girls we are always full of luggage!Easy and accurate communication! Absolutely recommended!

The host reached out to me for an eta and kept regular contact on our way to the house. We were shown our parking space and how to get around the town. The house was beautiful, spotless, and much nicer than the pictures revealed. Loved that there were two balconies on each side of the house so you could choose sun or no sun. Our friends went to the beach and we went to wineries, so it was a great location.

I stayed at this place for around 10 days with my family and we felt at home. The house is great, the host is super friendly and we will book it again when we return to Lanciano. What a great finding!

We had a great short stay. We decided last minute for a couple ski days Check in was super easy. Great instructions sent. Super warm and cosy. Comfy beds. Maybe take your own towels if you prefer fluffy towels as these were like using a napkin but that’s just personal preference Could do with some wine glasses too. The location into the old town is amazing. Everything you need. 10 min drive from the large main ski area

Anca is by far the best host on Airbnb. Our third time at her house and we always feel more than welcome. She is kind and considerate and the house is always pristine and cozy!

Our stay at il Gufo Azzurro was great! The apartment was comfortable and had absolutely EVERYTHING one might need, including plenty of welcome gifts to get started (plenty for many breakfasts and also a dinner!). Such a convenient location - so close to the Centro Storico to walk to everything in town, but with a garage for our rental car for our adventures further afield. Lovely view over the town from the balcony. Some street noise on the balcony, but hardly noticed any noise when inside. Franca and Nello were very quick to respond with any questions we had, as well as for arranging check-in. We'll stay here again!

Everything was perfect for a couple of days in the snow. Ski lifts 15 minutes away.

This super cute and comfortable loft in the center of Lanciano boasts amazing views and unbeatable convenience. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the incredible hosts. They treated us like family, even surprising us with champagne and local pastries! The loft itself is charming and cozy, making it the perfect home base. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem to everyone visiting Lanciano!

Beautiful New Year with friends. House in a great location just minutes from Roccaraso. Fully equipped kitchen and fireplace available. One of the three rooms is a little too small for two people but we adapted. Great welcome. Highly recommended

Perfect stay! We were two couples with three children, huge space in the house, equipped with every comfort and need. It is a perfect location to reach Passolanciano! Mr. Fiore was very kind and available for all our needs!

Ludovico is a wonderful, courteous, more helpful and friendly host. He followed us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The place is beautiful, exactly as described, a historic home, with typical and elegant furnishings. We felt like princes. Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact
