L'accoglienza riservata da Nicola e dalla sua famiglia è stata splendida: ci siamo sentiti a casa! L'appartamento era curato, pulito e in ordine; si trova nel centro del paese, in un palazzo storico, vicino ad un bar che prepara colazioni ottime e aperitivi deliziosi. L'appartamento è silenzioso e fresco, abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Ottima esperienza!

Provvisto di tutto, e a un passo da tutto. In appartamento non mancava nulla, anzi stupisce la quantità di comfort ben oltre quelli indispensabili a godersi il soggiorno (forniti con un'affabilità meritevole di lodi); oltre al fatto che quasi basta appena mettere il naso fuori dall'appartamento per ritrovarsi ovunque si voglia andare a Pescara: la posizione è veramente strategica... davvero venire qui significa avere il "mare a un passo, in centro a Pescara".

L' appartamento era spazioso, curato, super pulito e dotato di tutti confort ideali per una lunga vacanza. Siamo stati accolti assieme ai nostri mici con calorosa simpatia da Francesca, una host discreta ma sempre disponibile molto attenta ai dettagli ed alle piccole gentilezze che fanno la differenza. Siamo stati veramente bene e speriamo di poter ritornare!

We loved this Airbnb! It’s in a great location for all seasons in Pescara, walkable to the beach and around the corner from the main promenade with lots of restaurants and shopping. The Airbnb itself is super comfortable with three spacious bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you need for an extended stay. Antonia and Stefano were also very responsive and friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Pescara.

Katia e Francesco si sono dimostrate da subito due persone affabili e cordiali che ci hanno consigliato sulle attività e luoghi da visitare in zona. La casa è arredata con mobili nuovi ed in perfette condizioni, dotata di ogni comfort e tutto ciò che ognuno di noi ha nel proprio appartamento, ma soprattutto abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. Comodo il posto auto all'interno della proprietaria, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia, sia lido attrezzato che spiaggia libera molto ampia e ben tenuta. Nelle vicinanze c'è ogni tipo di negozio. Ottime anche le iniziative dei vari comuni per intrattenere i turisti. C'è anche tanto da visitare nell'entroterra. l'Abruzzo è veramente bello e comodo da visitare. Una menzione speciale per il papà di Katia, una persona veramente squisita.

Sono stata con mio marito ed i nostri due bimbi dopo capodanno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa ottima per una famiglia. In centro paese(si può girare a piedi) e ben divisa. Assunta meravigliosa e disponibilissima in tutto, anche nel dare consigli su dive mangiare e dive andare in giro. La casa super pulita(la biancheria aveva un ottimo profumo di pulito e fresco) e non mamcava assolutamente nulla, sia in cucina che nel resto della casa. È infatti super attrezzata di tutto e con una colazione a darci il ben venuto buonissima. La straconsiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo più volte.

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

We have been very fortunate to travel and Hugo and his Mom Emilia are authentic people. They make you feel as family on day one. My wife and I together with my son and his girl friend had a magnificent stay at Hugo’s apt. Pescara is a layback city with great outdoor restaurants and bars.
