Vacation rentals with a patio in Peruíbe

The accommodation is identical to the photos and the Loft is comfortable. The Hosts have been super helpful with questions. The neighborhood is not that close to the waterfront on foot, but it's quite close by car (+- 5min you get to super cool kiosks). House star: air-conditioning. We found it super necessary by the heat of the city. Everything works well. I recommend this accommodation and the quiet city of Peruibe (especially the Nonohay restaurants and apple bread) without fear. Hugs, Geovana e Vinicius

i loved the apto. of Sandra, she always very friendly, attentive and responds quickly to the msgs helping in td that I needed, and on the apt it is very comfortable, spacious, the utensils that have a lot of help in practicality and the kitchen is well equipped, the bed and bath clothes well clean and smelly, Dona Fátima capricha in the cleaning and when I came in I felt a very nice and soft perfume that was in the apt, and the janitor Mr. Carlos a great person tbm, very attentive, the neighborhood is very quiet, well located, and safe , and the good that is very close to me, I will certainly come back more times and I recommend it.

Sérgio received us with great sympathy at the check-in directing the parking spaces of the garage,which by the way are very good. The apartment is bright,spacious,with great air conditioning and a light decor and very good taste. We love it!

The house is perfect, beautiful just like the photos, Mario was super nice and super proactive for all questions. The only thing that left something to be desired was that we had a small problem with cockroaches in the house, and also the sofa bed had a lot of dog hair. But other than that, everything was great, we loved it very much, we were able to enjoy every day.

An excellent house for those who want comfort and calm, despite being a little distant from the beach ( as already described in the announcement), the house is new, well clean, large and pleasant rooms, large pool, barbecue is good despite needing small maintenance. We accommodated very well, Geisa is fast and proactive!

My family and I loved the stay, large, ventilated and comfortable house, with quality beds and furniture, full kitchen, barbecue area and pool are great. Washing machine available and a brand new freezer. Excellent location, close to the beach without the need to get around by car. safe house, with electric fence and surveillance. The only point was the alarm that went off a few times, but nothing to disqualify our stay. Very attentive and polite Denise. We will definitely return!

Andrea was very helpful every time I called her. Your home is better than described in the listing. It has 3 large bedrooms, a large living room, a nice backyard and a basic kitchen, with appliances and great cabinets. All rooms have air-conditioning, the house is monitored by a guard who often passes by on the street and is very close to the beach. The only thing I missed was a bigger clothesline to hang wet clothes and some utensils (but, because I like to cook). After all, everything was great! Thank you for the stay, Andrea!

Super organized apartment, better than in the photos, exceeded our expectations, has everything we need, the view is wonderful and super ventilated, we appreciate Patrícia's affection for my family and care for our little dog Jake, food pot and rug, it was amazing, we highly recommend

My stay was wonderful. The host is an amazing person, she gave me her full attention. Super helped us with flexible check-in, for more people like that with a huge heart. The apartment is the same as the photos, the best of all is the view, which is fantastic, it gives you peace. I highly recommend it, the beach is great.
