Felt right at home as soon as we got there, staff at the leisure center were ever helpful with check in. Use of the gym and swimming facilities was a great bonus. The place its self was clean, warm and very homely very easy to settle in. Over all a great stay Thank you

Amazing place for a holiday. Staff are lovely and helpful and the leisure centre is quite good, clean and peaceful. The only thing I would say is the house condition was a bit worn out and needed refurbishment

Great base for coming back to after a long day. Great for bedroom space, communal space is small but functional. Would go back but only with a family of 4.

We stayed at Badgers Rest for a combination of big family birthdays - 6 adults and 4 children. We’d been looking forward to it for a long time and it did not disappoint: lots of space for the adults and children to enjoy indoors and outdoors. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending quality family time together as we could just get on with relaxing! Hot tub was a bonus and the birthday people were spoilt by having the garden room decorated for them. The welcome basket was much appreciated. The house was near a busy road which we knew before and the cars did not keep us awake at night so it was no problem at all 😊 Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Terence and his wife were absolute lifesavers when we got let down by our original accommodation and managed to check us in within the hour from the initial inquiry. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and/or stay again!

The accommodation served the 6 of us really well. The area is quiet , but £6 in an uber gets you into the city. Ricky was really helpful and let us check in early without any additional costs. When we are next working In the area , we will 100% be booking here again.

Absolutely loved my stay at this AirBnB. Hannah was an amazing host, always responsive and helpful. Everything was very clean and spacious, the kitchen and living room were great, and especially the little extra games room. You can tell great care has been taken to maintain the property and it had absolutely everything we needed. I had a lovely few days there and would definitely recommend it. We had a lovely stay at this peaceful countryside retreat. The property is located in a quiet, rural area with a truly serene atmosphert. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and available if we needed anything, which made us feel right at home. The place was fully equipped with every appliance you could possibly need—and more! The full-size bathtub was a real treat after long days out exploring. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind in a calm, beautiful setting.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We had a good few days at Matthew's place, which was easy to find, and very convenient for what we wanted to do locally. Matthew is a very responsive host, and easy to get hold of. We appreciated the little touches, like a bottle of wine in the fridge after a long journey and chocolates on the pillows. Our son didn't want to leave when we left 🤣.

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.
