Excellent stay! The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped. The view of the rising and falling sea is amazing and will remain in our memories. Very easy to access, very clean - you feel very good in the apartment ☺️

Excellent hosting and Virginia's recommendations to follow The building is old, but the apartment is excellent, clean, tidy, the furniture is good. The building is particularly well located in the historic center of Morlaix. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The catering deli just below is excellent. Free Intermarché parking 200 meters away. On the amenities side, perfect. There is a microwave with grill function, but a small oven would be a must in this apartment (it's true that we spent a week with one meal a day in the apartment). I would highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment, with large bay window overlooking Trestel. Perfect for watching surfers and waves in real time. There were 7 of us (5 kids) and the space is well organized to live together without (too) stepping on. Modern and impeccable amenities. Easy communication with Pascale who has a permanence at the residence reception. To be repeated!

The apartment is part of a residence in a beautiful environment, a few meters from the sea, with a swimming pool. ideal for discovering the bay of Morlaix and nature from the GR 34. Clean and well furnished apartment, fitting with listing description. Great!

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

Very happy with our stay. Accommodation a little far from the center and the beach but we had a car so it was no problem. Sofa mattress a little uncomfortable but nothing very annoying. Very nice terrace and functional and equipped apartment.

Large family accommodation, good location, ideal for visiting the pretty bay of Saint Brieuc. Corinne is a very responsive host and available for any questions. We recommend it for family time.

Pascale's place is highly recommended! The beautiful photos correspond to the location, the surroundings and the view. The house is very spacious and very well equipped. We were particularly grateful to Pascale: she picked us up from the train station in Paimpol and gave many hints, all of which were very useful. After all, she helped us extraordinarily organize a taxi for departure, which was great!

Easy check-in and good communication with Valerie. Very nice accommodation especially the terrace/garden and living/dining room, we felt very good there Small negative points: average cleanliness in some places (behind the bed for example) and not very comfortable bedding but that did not prevent us from having a great stay And above all: excellent value for money Thank you very much!

Very nice accommodation with a nice view of the bay, as described. Suzanne is responsive and flexible on arrival and departure times (we thank her again). The environment is nice, neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Good walks are to be taken around. Very well equipped cottage. We will probably go back.

The property offers great space, and it should be noted that none of the bedrooms walk out on the balcony with the views upstairs. The property was very clean and all towels and bedding is of a good quality and provided. The fire wood and bbq briquettes was a very nice addition. Thank you! The hottub is a GREAT addition to the property. This is a lovely area and one can really walk everywhere with a fantastic 10km hike all along the pink granite coast. Great beautiful sandy, safe beach 5 min walk from the property, with restaurants, ice cream parlour, small grocery store and much more, all on the doorstep.
