Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Nestled in a small, quiet garden, the apartment is well equipped and offers off street parking and own access. The kitchenette/diner leads onto a patio whilst the bedroom boasts a lovely over-sized en-suite.

It is for the exclusive and private use of guests with its own entrance, exclusive use of the pool, patio areas and rear garden. Two pets are permitted but contact owner if more needs to come. Late afternoon checkout is usually available at no extra cost NBN Super Fast Fibre to the Home at 210 Mps was installed in September 2023 replacing the previous NBN service at 54 Mps

If you intend to use both rooms booking must be for 3 or 4 people to cover extra linen laundering
