Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

A beautiful townhouse in one of the most sort after locations along the Peregian shoreline. Enjoy the tranquillity of this relaxed complex of three townhouses. A walk along the esplanade is Peregian Village with its friendly atmosphere, wide variety of cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

The local IGA is open everyday just opposite the village. The kitchenette has all you need for simple meals, hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave. Enjoy easy access to the pool. Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
