Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool. The beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park beckons, with Florabella Pass and other spectacular and often quieter bushwalks starting just at the end of our street. The studio is conveniently located for the cafés and shops of Glenbrook and Springwood, with a local store and a larger supermarket just minutes away.

This accommodation is ideal for those who prefer the rustic charm of a historic property over modern comforts. Warm and cosy in winter, the studio was once a purpose-built kitchen of a house built in 1888. Separate entrance. Welcome to our 3-bedroom house. You will have the place to yourselves as the host will not be on the premises. It has an outdoor undercover BBQ area. Our property is only 10 minutes from the heart of Penrith CBD and 5 minutes from Jordan Springs shopping centre. It's a quiet location offset from the street. There are two lounge rooms with TVs in both. One is a smart TV, so you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.

1830's converted barn with sauna

This barn dates back to 1830's but it has been fully renovated to a studio apartment with all modern comforts. It is one open space with living area and two sleeping lofts, one with queen bed, the other with 2 single beds. A bit like a giant cubby house! The shops are just 5 minute stroll away, and so is the river and train station. You share a garden with a spa and BBQ with the main house where we live.
