It has easy check-in and check-out. The apartment is sanitized and aired daily. It has a safety net on the windows and toys available for children. Perfect place for a break from the trip.

Beatriz has a great apartment. Quiet place and easy to access. All communication was smooth, timely and efficient. We met our needs and expectations.

Very nice place for long or short stays. Safe area and very close to the historical center. Rosa who is the lady who gives the keys and takes care of the cuartos, she is a love, a very kind and helpful person. Mr. Esmar was also very kind. I recommended

Apê as described in the photos, place super pleasant and welcoming. high point for the leisure area where the children enjoyed the pool a lot. We love our stay. Super attentive Roger. I would recommend it!

We spent an overnight stay, excellent cost-benefit, there is a small leak in the bathroom but the shower is excellent, there are good fans, the kitchen has no glass but there is everything else cookware, all well clean and organized, I indicate the accommodation for those who go to work or event that does not need luxury. It is all simple but very comfortable. i found the perfect mattresses. the negative point is that it does not have wi-fi and the telephone signal is weak in most of the apartment. but since we went to sleep the internet was not a priority. finally it would give a 4.7 out of 5. very good.

Cleia and her husband were great hosts!!! The house is as shown in the photos, perfect for a good rest. The environment is very safe and quiet (without excessive noise). Laranjal offers several activities to do, as well as good dining options. In the ball center, the range of activities is even greater, with shopping being the highlight. We recommend staying at Morada da Lagoa!!!

Camila cleared up all my doubts. We were received by Mr. Rubens, a very nice person, showed us the house and gave us information about the market, medical office. House is just like the ad, very cozy. I recommend it! We will definitely return.
