Filip is a super host, he waited for us despite our delay. The apartment was as described, nothing was missing. Parking under the house. A 10-minute walk from the center of Split.

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

We were 2 adults and 2 children for 9 days. The apartment itself was as pictured. However, there was no umbrella on the terrace, but there was a lot of green vegetation that provided a lot of shade. The kitchen is very small but fine for making small meals. Nice with a dishwasher. There is AC in the living room - unfortunately no AC in the bedrooms so it can get pretty hot in the bedrooms, even with a fan. We moved a few days into the living room at night when it was too hot in the bedrooms. The place is nice close to 2 beaches (beach Rožac and Okrug Gornji Beach). There is a small supermarket close to the apartment. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Beach Bočići - a lovely beach. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Trogir. One can also take an Uber pretty cheaply. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment and costs about 15 euros by Uber. All in all a lovely place.

I highly suggest a stay here at vila ivano! Sun spalato! Close to beach, easy parking, quick communication - 10/10 !

Every room was immaculate, and the large windows allowed the natural beauty of the surroundings to pour in, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Mornings spent on the spacious deck, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, were a highlight of our stay. The beach was practically our backyard, making it easy to enjoy a day of sun and wind surf. Ms. Tonka is the perfect host—attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for your hospitality and your availability even late by hosting us around 9.15 p.m. Bus station close to the accommodation that allows easy access to Dubrovnik to avoid the hassle of parking for the car and the price that would have been dishonest. Thanks to Jelena for her good advice.

Perfect getaway in a fantastic place to stay! Our 8 nights in this AirBnB apartment was just amazing! The quiet and peaceful location immediately relaxed us. The apartment was sparkling clean and perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The hosts were extremely friendly and communication went smoothly. The hosts were incredible ❤️ super kind and thoughtful. Communication was perfect, they were replying fast and were very very helpful. As for the apartment, I could easily see my self being a writer and living there, even though I've never write anything in my life haha. Jokes aside, hosts and apartment are 100% recommended.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, with excellent amenities and great value for money. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there were no stairs, and since we were on the top floor with suitcases, it wasn’t as accessible as we had hoped. However, everything else was perfect, and we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Tomislav's. We used the sofa bed, which we could have indicated in advance. We also enjoyed the terrace outside. You will be on the beach from here in no time, where when we were there, the sea was still fine for swimming. Swimming shoes or something at your feet is important. The bus is nice and close and if you buy your tickets in advance very cheap.

We had a great holiday experience at Bruno’s property. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler. His place is well organised for a family. There’s a comfortable cot with clean lines, sturdy high chair, and a step with a toddler toilet seat which made our trip much easier and felt like home. Everything is clean. Bed and sofas are comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment. Easy access to the beach, grocery, and town. Only negative thing was a boiler(hot water). As we are 3 adults + 1 toddler, we expected to have a shower and bath one and another every evening. Boiler does work, but the capacity is very small so it takes over an hour to boil an another whole bath of hot water which wasn’t convenient.(we had to plan ahead when to take a bath and shower every time). I guess if you’re a shower person there wouldn’t be any issues. All in all Bruno is a very friendly, and helpful host. We highly recommend his place:)
