Villa vacation rentals in Pelican Key

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

Manoj's place was serene, peaceful and a home away from home. The view was breath taking. I enjoyed waking up to beautiful green/blue waters. All amenities were available such as a kettle, toaster, pots, pans etc. There was even shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I needed an ironing board and an iron which was available. There is a dryer and washer. I enjoyed my stay tremendously even though there were a few flight's of stairs but amazing experience. I highly recommend!

Very beautiful home. Quiet, spacious and beautiful views from every room in the house. The home was well appointed and very clean. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Great location if you want a quiet, tucked away hidden gem. We could walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants which made our vacation even more easy and relaxing. Host was attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Clea's place. The house is beautiful. She had cold beverages waiting in the refrigerator for our arrival and the scenery was beautiful from the veranda. our only concerned is that the pool is not clearly marked for depth. I'm about 5 ft and the pool all the way around is a little deeper than that which is over my head. There is no shallow end. Orient Beach is very nice. one drawback is the constant haggling for a beach massage by the locals. I had to exercise a gentle rudeness in order for them to leave us alone. Other than that we had a fabulous time. You must visit the African Market in Phillipsburg. You will find beautiful African artifacts at good prices. Anthony and Florence are the best.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

Stunning house in the best location in St. Martin! The house was beautiful and clean with an amazing pool. I don’t think I’ve seen a better stocked kitchen between utensils and spices! I also appreciated the games for kids that were readily available. The house is an easy 10 min walk to the beach and fantastic restaurants. I loved getting my daily pastries and baguette at the local bakery and having breakfast outdoors with an incredible view. Thank you for hosting us! We had a wonderful time.

Incredible house and location, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Everything about the house was perfect, the decks face the sunset and two different beaches, that are easy to walk to down designated paths. Both beaches are gorgeous and have great swimming and snorkeling. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, it even has two expresso makers! The pool is beautiful and has a waterfall to a second lower level. The AC worked well and the wifi was extremely fast. The location is amazing, half way between Marigot and Grand Case, which is the gourmet center of the island. Grand case was an easy (one road) ten minute drive. Sarah was a fantastic host, she responded quickly to any questions and sent us photos and videos to make sure that we could find the house. Any request or question was answered immediately and she gave us great recommendations for the area. We are already planning our return to this house next year! We will definitely be back...Thanks, Sarah!

Amazing place, beautiful house with lots of amenities. Elodie was very responsive and even provided some extra amenities for our kids. The view is fantastic and our kids loved the heated pool. It’s a perfect place to watch the sun set. The house offers a few shady spots during the day but not too much. Very spacious inside. Kitchen has everything you need and is well equipped. Large and comfortable beds! Having kids, the layout of the house is great, all is on one floor. The only small downside is the noise from the street, it’s not too much and not very disturbing but fast cars or construction work is noticeable when relaxing on the terrace. Overall I would definitely recommend the place!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach rental, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from Mehdi, our host. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, thanks to Agatha, the diligent housekeeper. Every corner of the rental was immaculately clean, and it was evident that she takes great pride in her work. The beach views were stunning, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Mehdi was always available to answer any questions and offer local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. Agatha's attention to detail ensured that we felt right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with exceptional service, I highly recommend this rental.

A great house. Looks like the photos. It has an extremely practical layout for groups or families and the outdoor pool area and views are spectacular. Magali and Cathy were always friendly and responsive and extremely honourable to deal with. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and responded to immediately. An example of how great the hosts were : our 3 year old left his favourite stuffed animal in the world behind in the house when we left, and we only discovered this when already at the airport. Cathy drove the toy across the island to our friends that were staying another night, and our friends brought it home to us the next day. We are so appreciative and so is our son!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. This property is perfect for one or two couples. Ideally located near Marigot and Grand Case, and within 30 minutes to Orient and Anse Marcel. Beautiful views of Marigot Port area and coastline from the generous wrap around porch. Tess and team are some of the best hosts we've ever encountered. (we've stayed at more than one dozen villas throughout the Caribbean). H The Welcome Book is fit for professional publication. Extremely good detail on restaurants, shopping, TTD'S, etc. Decent pool and surrounding patio. Interior of villa is new and fresh and clean. All things work! Quiet neighbors (not a place to bring loud friends) The French side Rocks and this Villa is perfect in all ways. We will be back.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Heather et Ryan. Les points forts du logement sont son emplacement et son confort. Depuis la terrasse il est possible de profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur tout le sud de de Saint Martin et l'aéroport de Juliana. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Et Heather et Ryan nous avaient laissé de petites attentions pour notre arrivée.

A home away from home for an entire week with an incredible view in a serene-peaceful area. It is the perfect place especially for a family or few friends as the layout allows for some retreat space at the end of your day. Kevin’s proactive approach in the villa includes nearly everything you’ll need while staying there. Breathtaking views!! We loved everything the Villa provided for our family of four. The Villa was furnished with all basic household and kitchen needs while providing a perfect pool and amazing views. Location of the Villa was absolutely perfect to reach any location with many foods, activities, and stores close by. Loved that the Villa is in a secure area with a gate guard which gave us an extra element of security. Communication was top notch too! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for an oceanfront with extra room for a small group.

We (a couple) stayed here in February. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and provided detailed and easy instructions for check in and out. The description of the villa was spot-on, and the views were better than expected. The pool area is fantastic and a nice way to spend time enjoying the ocean sounds, atmosphere and pool. The residents that you share the pool with were very nice. The villa is located close to many attractions, beaches and restaurants. The villa is wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for more folks. The kitchen is completely furnished. We needed nothing additional. Air conditioning is available, but we found it nice to just have the screen doors and windows open and enjoy the breeze. The hosts also provided a detailed list of sightseeing ideas, stores, restaurants and day trips. We tried quite a few and found the suggestions very good. All in all, an excellent experience!

A special mention must go to Davin, the property manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He greeted us at the airport with a warm smile and took care of our transportation needs, providing a convenient car service that allowed us to explore the beautiful island effortlessly. The villa itself is a stunning retreat, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a sunset from the terrace, every moment felt like a dream. We will definitely book again!

The home was just as described and could not have been more perfect for our stay. From the check in to our leaving everything was just as advertised. We had no issues communicating with our host and this made everything so easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to everything, but not right on top of everyone else. Plenty of restaurants close by with plenty of variety. The home was clean and tidy with everything you would need for your stay. We could not have picked a better spot and when we return to the island we will definitely look here to stay.
