My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Caribbean Weeks has many units all over the island both smaller and larger then this one.

We loved our stay at Veronique’s home! It was immaculate and well decorated, with pretty much anything you could need. The views were lovely and it was right on the water. It was also walking distance to a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery/cafe. And a short driving distance to the town of Marigot. One thing to note is it is very windy in this part of the island, the water is always choppy.

Our family of four with two small children (3 & 6) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious enough to accommodate both small children and the primary bedroom upstairs was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the pool was gated and clean with a decent size shallow side perfect for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast at Bread & Butter (just down the hill) nearly every morning, and some our favorite meals while on the island were really close by (Mama's Pizzeria and Oasis). Harold and his wife were onsite and were very communicative. While there were guests in the other villas during our stay, it still felt very private and we rarely saw other guests at the pool. As others have said, I would highly recommend renting a car if staying at this property. The only small inconvenience was that the WIFI did not work well in our villa, however, it worked fine on the patio outside and around the pool area.

We loved the apartment! We ended up staying there twice, on either end of a timeshare week, and it was perfect. It's a great location and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach! We didn't end up using any appliances but it was nicely stocked with dishes and pots if you needed them. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I booked our hosts were super helpful & responsive. All instructions were well laid out, and sent in advance. Checking in/out was simple too. The place, I don't think my words will compliment Shell Beach like experiencing it in person. Beautiful & quiet little gated community with the beach as your front yard. Not as busy as some parts of the island, and it was perfect. Very clean, bright and well kept, our hosts had a lot of extras to be able to enjoy the beach or day excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place, and our hosts to other travelers who wish to experience St Maarten and not stay in a hotel!

Lovely location! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Felt very homey and comfortable, it was perfect. The view was amazing and made the hill up 100% worth it. You really get used to the drive after the first time. There's an amazing beach called Great Bay Beach right near by and a great on the beach restaurant called Eat Something. Ask for Lenny if you want to eat and rent chairs there, he's the best!

As a Corporate Pilot, I stay a lot of places. My co-pilot and I enjoyed five days here and would return again. Great area for food, beach, and fun. Parking a car, is the only thing that at times was challenging. I did put in swimming ear plugs so I did not hear outside noise, as I am a light sleeper. If your and American like me, bring electronic converters for charging your electronics. overall, a great place..
